While we adore Lovina, we found Puri Saron Hotel Baruna Beach at a perfect location. We arrived late night and appreciated the 24 hour reception. We loved the option to book a private driver at the hotel that drove us to several sightseeings (of our choice!) around Lovina and the mountains. The swimming pool is very nice, as well as the smiling and very friendly restaurant and hotel staff. The dolphin tour was fantastic, it is very busy on the water but... the sunrise is like a dream. The wi-fi is very fast: perfect for a some lastminute working (I know..) The beds are great and very comfortable. Oh: and the elevators are also very fast. The location is on the beach, but it is not very friendly to jump in and swim. Not a problem: the ocean is so beautiful, especially around mornings and sunsets, you can make thousands of pictures (I Did...) It is a very nice place for families and to start your holidays relaxed in the North of Bali.

We liked the building and the rooms very much, but we would advice the hotel to do some painting. It seems there have been water problems and that makes the tiled floor looked very old and dirty (while it is only limescale on the beautiful floors). Also the drainage in the bathroom wasn't very well (a mini bath in the shower floor. The breakfast was tasty but the pancakes and fruit could have been a bit better (just a little bit!) But: don't judge the hotel on these facts, you will be truly looking back on a wonderful stay.

Nice property with 2 pools and access to the beach. Comfortable bed and pillow. Small fridge. Complementary tea/coffee. Excellent personnel. They arranged a dolphin-watching trip for us (which I wouldn’t recommend, as there was 100+ boats congregated and chasing dolphins in a small area).

Smaller room. There was some mold on the walls. Wi-Fi could have been better.

The room was relatively big. The facilities were ok. The a/c and wifi worked, the bathroom was fine. The place where we had breakfast was lovely - close to the sea. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately we did not use the swimming pool as we were too busy with sightseeing. It looked lovely. The staff at the reception was friendly.

One of us got stuck in the lift which broke down that evening. It took some time to get out. There were a lot of insects (looked like moths) in the room which was disturbing. The furniture was/is somehow rund down.

Lovely hotel, rooms are excellent, pools are good. Service from the staff is slooooow and they're never at the pools - but they are super kind and friendly. Traffic was worse than usual in Bali so made it very hard to get into town for other food options and there is nothing nearby. Isolated spot. This hotel is prettier than pictured, it's bigger too.

The loverly gardens I was upgraded when arrived and was very happy with room I used spa service while there and also happy with this I would stay here again.

There is many cats and coming up while your eating food meowing at you for hand outs Vender sellers sitting on brick just near beach in front of hotel waiting for people to step off property to sell them something. I k ow this is not a biggy but would be nice not to be asked every time someone wants to go for a walk along foreshore

The location is just right on the beach front. There is severals pool in the property. The staff is very welcoming and polite with smile. Large parking area. The villa room setup was nice with the bathub.

Could be more clean and attention to the details before guest are coming. The pool towel was tired off, villa living room need mopping , the stove also is rusty.

Honestly,property was good,especially the villa,but when we check in,villa was not ready,we are waiting a hour and when we are in villa,villa was not clean up properly But over all,property was good
