I like this guest house it’s cheap and comfortable the room it’s clean. It’s quite place If I go back to malang again this guest house will be my destination

The stuff they are really good but only one problem they don’t speak English. They have to find someone to speak English because I saw foreigners not only me they just use Google translate. If they did not find someone speak English. They will lose customers from another country.

Bead is amazing I mean it’s probably the best bed I’ve slept in in years but in room 10

Friendly owner&staff,affordable,clean&easy to reach. Last but not least, they served me well when I asked to check-in early around 6 a.m (there's extra fee of course but the point is, they were ready because I couldn't contact them before&prepared everything in a minute.)

The room and bathroom were very spacious and had a lot of cupboards. Everything on our room worked well :) The staff were very kind and it was a great stay! Great for the price too :)

No toilet paper, bin in toilet and sink Noisy as windows to the corridor were mesh. One night a loud family woke up in the early hours of the morning and heard everything

Bed is big and room is spacious. Supermarket is just a walk away if you need something.

Pillow was so hard that i did not even use it. There is no bathroom sink to all rooms in this guesthouse so imagine if you want to wash hands, brush your teeth or wash your face; you have to open the shower which is totally hassle. I can hear the people outside so it’s really noisy inside the room.

It was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the facilities were just perfect for our 1 night stay.

The staff didn’t speak any English. We tried using google translate to communicate which was useful at times. She needed our passport for check in (which is normal) but didn’t let us have it back until we insisted. She said she needed it overnight and we can have it back at check out. Not sure this is normal but it definitely made us feel uncomfortable and we insisted a couple of times as we felt we needed our passports to be safe with us 24/7. Note: there is no toilet paper nor sink in any room.

Price was cheap

We paid the price for one room to check in early (could have booked another night then), one of our two rooms had no warm water. Two of the four beds were broken (still worked, but looked like they would fall apart soon). Quite a few spiderwebs. Not enough power outlets (we just found one).
