Stayed here for a night in the Cozy room I think, just before the airport however: - Rooms and hotel in general found it to be very clean - Shower has hot water and very good pressure - Bed was comfortable - Welcome drink on arrival - Staff very friendly - Good breakfast, local dishes available along with fruit, toast, eggs / omelettes, salads and tea/cofeee - Free COLD water refill - Property makes efforts towards a sustainable approach (refillable glass water bottle in rooms instead of plastic and other ways too) - Bathroom decor was nice

There was an odd smell in the corridor outside our room. Not sure what it was but not a huge deal could not smell it in our room upstairs, 107

Very nice, comfortable rooms with modern design. Staff was very welcoming and accomodated our special request with a smile. The restaurant offered a nice selection of (vegetarian) food. Walking distance to the next Indomaret and short Grab ride from Mantos / Megamas.

The church next door was audible on Sunday morning, but not too early and not bad. Besides that everything was great and we will for sure be back. Best choice in Manado when travelling on a budget.

Very stylish hotel and tastefully decorated rooms. Good WiFi, drinking water provided for free 24/7. Friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities and some tasty food at the restaurant. Area is convenient as you can get anywhere with Grab.

We couldn't usr any of the two TVs-very bad quality image, only a handfull of channels in Indonesian. Noisy traffic all the time (especially motorbikes and cars playing loud music) because the hotel is on a busy road.

pros: i like that they have vegan meal options at the restaurant, i'm vegan and it was hard to find vegan-friendly menu in manado, so this hotel felt like an oasis to me. room is spacious for two (we had the deluxe room) and it's quiet so we had a good sleep, location was strategic near the mall and several restaurants, ATMs, laundry, and minimart. WiFi was decent and bed was comfy. we returned for another night here on our last day in Manado

cons: my partner did not like their pillows, as they were not soft enough. AC can be a bit loud sometimes.

The hotel was really nice and clean. Located in a good place and the staff was friendly.

The bed was quite hard and the airconditioning was having a really hard time to make the room colder. We got used to it, but at first we’ve had to adapt.

Low key hotel in convenient location - much needed stopover between airport and the seaport on my way to/from Bunaken. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean with hot shower, hot tea&coffee, and decent bed. Walking distance to evening dining, and coffee shops.

Hoy water in shower cuts out after 5 minutes then does not come back on for 15 minutes - hotel policy. This is not long enough and means two people cannot shower one after another. Communal carpets need a deep clean.

Cute hotel, with nice, clean rooms and big windows. The bathroom design is great. They are sustainable and vegan-friendly. Central location. We stayed here for more than a week and enjoyed our stay!

Clean

Cleanliness is ok. Not very quiet as it is next to a bigger street. You can hear it as well as loud music playing usually. The music thing is quite something normal in Indonesia. Experienced it several times.
