Everthing Kind staff knowing everyone’s name An efficient management team Wonderful spa and delicious food changing everyday Experienced dive master who made me confident during my PADI open water course

For people sleeping light, beach villa may be a better choice (no need to share the wall with the neighbor which is the case for my garden villa)

Long list. The people: They were always cheerful and pleasant and would go way out of their way to ensure we were pleased. The Resort: Incredible, beyond beautiful. Clearly a well thought out landscape and well manicured. The buildings are clean and well maintained. The food: not only was the food great, the restaurant team was flexible to support special needs or requirements. Diving: While a bit disappointed there not being any larger animals, the sites varied and the dive guides seemed to know where the macro shots were. All of my dives were two divers to a dive guide and had the same guide every dive. A shout-out to Alwin, the best guide I could have asked for. We do travel a lot (57 countries and growing) and have had many great stays. This resort / location will be regarded as one of the best we have enjoyed so far.

While out of their control, just off the beach There are large amounts of sea grass while does limit the swimming options a bit.

The location, the massages, the staff, the facilities, the snorkeling, the diving, the yoga, the turtle lecture, the room. We can go on and on! Everything was amazing, but most of all the staff really made us enjoy our stay! Thanks so much Siladen, it was really a unique experience and all the small details of offering such great service and care made us feel super relaxed! We really hope to come back one day and see you all again.

There really is nothing that we didn't like. But maybe, even though they are already doing a lot to clean the beach daily and remove ocean plastic, the only small detail/feedback we can give is the amount of plastic that comes from Manado city that's still stuck in the seagrass at low tide. If possible to remove this (or maybe include/organize beach clean ups for resort guests?) that would be recommended.

A great place to stay to explore Bunaken National Park. The staff is super helpful and will make you feel at home from the very beginning. Villas are very nice, clean and comfortable. The food served is amazing, great variety of choices and the presentation is outstanding making you feel you're eating at the Michelin star venue. The house reef is nice though those truly worth a while require a boat ride that the resort can arrange (the whole day trips and snorkeling trips are excellent too by the way). The staff at the dive center are also very helpful and flexible to accommodate your snorkeling/diving needs. Room service is provided twice a day.

To snorkel you have to walk to the jetty, not far but can't do it off the beach. The beach in front of the resort is average. The one near the jetty is poor as local people live nearby with boats parked. The concrete jetty is quite ugly but doesn't belong to the resort.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

This resort has my 5 star + rating at absolutely every aspect: housing, beds, aircon, garden, beach, dive shop and equipment, spa***, restaurant and food***, diving and snorkelling boats and service***, bar... Service personnel are abundant are all very friendly and helpful. The resort brings and train local people to a very professional level, all speak clear English! Any request is addressed with the lightning speed but at the same time service it is NOT at all overbearing. The chef can satisfy demanding customers from the megapolis and it is surprising to find this quality in such remote location, should I mention great produce supply. Dive boats are very comfortable, and capable of coming so close to the shore that you can step directly from the sand to the boat. Diving and snorkelling personnel taking care of you as parents care about the newborn baby. !!!!A hot aromatherapy towel after every dive!!! hot and cold drinks snacks fruits on the boat, dry shelves for your phones and cameras, individual baskets for equipment. Dive personnel take 100% care of your equipment! !!!After diving they wash and dry your equipment wetsuits etc.!!!! I have seen great resorts, liveaboards which are special at sum aspects but never seen service that is impacable at everything!!!! Location is great: only an hour from the airport!!! but such short distance make the weather conditions on the island much better then in Manado - we were at the off season time, Manado had thunderstorms all the time but at Siladen it was great. I was with two kids and felt completely safe in open water, my son got several introdives safely (walldiving!). There are so many turtles!!!!!!!!

It was difficult find any. Internet in the room is sometimes not good but at the pool bar is ok. It could be an issue if you are rely on internet business during the stay.

Beautiful little resort with great diving, food, staff and comfort. Staff went out of their way to pick us up in Manado in the middle of the night after multiple flight delays (beware of Lion Air; Garuda may be more reliable from Bali). We were so grateful that the staff left food and juice for us after our long travels - we were hungry at 3:30AM! Dive staff and diving and snorkeling were incredible. Food was very good. A/C worked well and there’s a fresh hot and cold drinking water machine in the room. Also went on a jungle excursion in Sulawesi which was a great tour the last day before we flew home. Can’t say enough good things about Siladen Resort. Would love to return one day.

Beautiful resort with yummy food. The management and staff were great -any problems were sorted promptly and we felt very well cared for. Great atmosphere and beautiful sunset views. Amazing house reef for snorkelling! We did the dolphin & snorkelling trips and my boyfriend did some dives (special thanks to Lea for re-introducing him to diving), all well organised. The spa is also fab. 10 days went too quickly! Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect. The location is beautiful and the resort is extremely well managed. All staff are friendly and professional, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Food is great, we were impressed with both quality and variety. Diving and snorkeling are fantastic, the diving center team is very professional, well organized and helps you make the most of the experience whatever your familiarity/comfort level, including for kids. The respect and care for the environment really shows in many ways, which is also important for us. There is something to do for everyone, including special evening activities.

The food was uniformly excellent with great variety and careful preparation. The managers and staff were outstanding. Diving was spectacular and the guides highly skilled. The most meaningful aspect was the attention given by the managers, Ana and Miguel and Daniel and Melania, to myself as a solo traveler. They made me feel most welcome and like a part of the team. Unforgettable.

It is well known that the WiFi signals are not strong and improvement would be good, but it's a relatively minor concern.
