The location right at the airport was unbeatable! The rooms were in good condition and clean! We had a good night sleep!

The lobby music was noticeable at the rooms. I am uncertain about the breakfast! They had quite a choice but nothing for western tongues! The coffee was fine though!

This is the typical hotel within an airport. You are just a few minutes of walk from the checking. The service is polite and rather swift, the rooms are perfectly protected against the noise of the planes

Our bed-sheets were very dirty. we called and they were changed within 10 minutes. the hotel has no charm at all, the restaurant is quite expensive and not especially good.

The hotel was literally in the airport. After the customs, you just go up the escalator and there it is! The personnel was all very nice, although not many of them spoke English. There were a lot of choice at breakfast.

You do hear the noise from the airport, but it didn't bother us too much. It couldn't have been a more convenient location, but still I find the price a little high.

The bed was super comfortable, bathroom Equipment well prepared, luggage storage possible, AC nice and quiet. Breakfast Staff very helpful, great choices. Good TV channels.

Windows only inside, therefore kinda noisy when ppl walk by. Warm food at breakfast very spicy for Western ppl.

Close proximity to airport and good coffee in airport cafe areas, Unfortunately bad on currency exchange locations and selection of western foods. The massage offerings were fractionally overpriced, no notices on ordering hot breakfasts were offered.

Noisey Air conditioners in roof cavities above my bedroom roof, rattles and knocking noises, had to turn up tv to overcome the noise. Insufficent choices on movies

We booked as we had an early flight, and now think that we'll try to use more airport hotels. The shower had good pressure and hot water, the beds were comfy and the front door was one escalator away from the check-in desk.

The corridor was a bit noisy, being an airport people/staff are coming and going at all hours, we could also hear every tannoy announcement.

The hotel is just 1 floor under departure hall. Nice and clean room.

No daily light. A bit small room but for 1 night it is a pretty good hotel.

Incredibly convenient location for Medan airport (KNO), comfortable beds, strong air conditioning, very short walk to the airport food court

There are windows out to a sort of faux corridor between rooms but you can clearly see into the neighbours room if they leave their curtains or yours even slight ajar, would be better if there was a pull down blind

We had an early morning flight from Medan airport . The hotel is at the airport between arrivals and departures . Very clean hotel and very comfortable bed . Soundproofed . Nice functional bathroom . Restaurant was value for money for a hotel hotel.

Communication at the reception could be a little better .
