Everything from the reservation team, front desk team, f&b team, pool and gym team, airport transfer in and out, everyone was helpful and smooth., breakfast was the best! Recommended and surely we will be returning to Four Points Sheraton Medan. Perhaps we can get a better view room too? 🤭 Thank you for the great experience.

I booked a Business guest room with king size bed but was given a twin bed instead. Reason given was it was fully booked which I find it strange it did not indicate that it was full when I make the booking. The breakfast is really bad

The bar lounge ambience n lighting could be so much better, too bright n not so cozy. The check out counter should have more staff to speed up the check out process in the morning instead of 1 staff to attend to so many matters at the front desk.

Very professional, friendly, and helpful from all level staff. Explanation to the guest's question was clearly understood. Breakfast menu prepared with many variation and taste very good. Suitable to the guest whom stay with kids & family member. Clean and tidy house keeping to our junior suit room during our stay, from professional staff. Had a great pool with warm water. Had a full gym that seemed new.
The toilet wouldn’t flush properly. They tried to fix it immediately but it wasn’t very successful. The restaurant was closed as it was fully booked for Iftar so could only order room service.
