Perfect location. Wonderful dive shop right out front. Lovely owners. Very quiet and quaint property. Nice clean pool. Comfy beds, had great sleeps.

Not truly beachfront, and even if it was, the beach is not great for swimming and sunbathing. BUT, you can also go across to the dive shop where they have beanbag chairs and a little beach bar so that’s sorted.

Comfort, pool , sun deck , garden, location next to beach front, beach fronted restaurants and roadside cafes for great local breakfasts. Used the local snorkellling service and although teh conditions were not ideal. the crew modified the schedule and the 3 snorkrlling sites were superb. Staff could not have been more helpful.

Improve the walking paths and the street lighting would be a great re-assurance and help venture further maybe

The location was good, right along the main road on the west side of the island; the staff were friendly and helpful; the pool was beautiful and a great way to cool off after traveling all day; the bungalow itself was beautiful and felt a bit private and like an home away from home with the dark wood, the comfortable beds, the nice accents and amenities. Each floor had a toilet and shower, the Wifi was strong from what I can remember, and small bottles of water were provided. There wasn't anything necessarily super unique about this place, but everything was at a high standard and I would definitely come back. Highly recommend! One of the owners also had a very mischievous little dachshund who we loved very much to play with.

I honestly can't think of anything. I loved this place and would love to stay here again.

The bungalow was amazing (as shown in pictures)! Spacious, clean, shampoo and soap provided as well as towels. The little patio was nice for drying clothes (even with pooring rain). Especially the owners of the Kukuh Penida Village were really kind, always welcomed you with a smile on their faces and were happy to help (even if there was a little language barrier). An addition for all dog lovers was Panda, who was always happy to see you.

It was a very nice stay, but some things were a bit bothersome - the air-conditioning did not cool the room down completely, the lighting in the room was very dim, and when you shower the whole bathroom (including toilet) gets wet and doesnt drain well for a while. The beds were very comfy though, and the location was great as we could walk from our hotel across the road straight into the ocean and snorkel, seeing beautiful coral and fish (even better than on our booked snorkel trip).

Comfortable, quite spacious, clean room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Arranged transport and tours for us throughout our stay. Great location near many lovely cafes and restaurants. You can snorkel right across the road out the front of the dive centre which we loved. We didn't use the pool but it looked really nice.

The bathroom flooded after each shower as the drain was not at the lowest point on the floor. As a result, the floor was always wet and a slip hazard.

I love the location, the facilities, the staff, the dogs in the yard, everything's perfect.

The only problem I had was their WiFi connection: all three local networks had 1 bar in my room, disappearing from time to time, and without it I only had 2G (E) mobile network indicator. But if you go out of the room to the patio, you'll get your two bars of WiFi. So, if this issue had been fixed, that would make my next stays even more fabulous.

Pool was great, location to access for snorkeling was a bonus. Aircon in rooms worked well and very comfy beds, rooms had everything we needed but pretty basic.

Overall it just felt a bit tired, loungers need replacing, room doors didn't close properly and bathroom needed a revamp. It had everything we needed but a bit more attention to detail would make it better. Noise / karaoke from near by bar in night was a bit of a pain but not unbearable.

Located in a quieter area of the island but lots of restaurants and shops a small walk away. Room was clean and gardens were so pretty and lovingly looked after by the staff. Good range of trips offered at the front desk at a cheaper price then booking directly with the companies. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Bathroom was clean however needed some maintenance ; shower head needs replacing and toilet was wobbly. Didn’t affect what we thought of the property though

Nice hotel very close to the beach (I recommend to go to other much nicer beaches on the island though). The street was curiously not with a busy traffic. Putu was kind and helpful. Good restaurants around The swimming pool and the bungalows are just beautiful

Room lighting is very scarce and a bit crazy (it turns on lights in the room going connected to the one in the bathroom) Lots of birds and little animals on the roof are not going to let you sleep so well... But that's part of the experience, isn't it?
