The location was back off the street, but near lots of cafes. The room was very spacious and had a comfortable bed. A fridge, kettle, water, coffee and tea was provide and you could top up your water from the dispenser near the lift. It's a large hotel, with a big refreshing pool with a wet bar. Breakfast was OK. Parking area is off the street in their carpark.

Our room was on the third floor facing out to the street. The balcony had an AC backing onto it and pushed out very hot air so we couldn't sit on the very bland balcony. The water from shower and hand basin was salty which was strange and water built up in the shower very quickly so it was a quick shower. The whole bathroom vanity area was very tired and we only had 2 thin towels and a floor mat. Being a large hotel, guest noise in the echoing hall way was a bit annoying but the rooms were however quite quiet once things settled down.

Amazing customer service from Nur the owner and all his staff from the start to the end. Free water to refill your own bottles daily which was so handy with young children. Free washing upto 10 items a day. Great options for breakfast daily and good coffee machine to order what you like. Kids corner with a few select toy's. Neat pool area. Good location in the middle of sanur. We stayed as a family of 4 with young children and would 100% book again. The owner even invited us to a lunch our last day there put on by the hotel with staff and guests such a lovely family. We will be back. Thank you!

Next time we would pick a room by the pool. But no dislikes, great hotel!

Smooth easy check-in. Lovely staff who could not do enough for us. Each day we were offered complimentary treats- totally unexpected, and very appreciated. On Day 1 we got a basket of fruit and other goodies, on another day we were given free laundry service and while we relaxed by the pool offered free ice creams! The hotel is in a great location at the southern end of Danau Tamblingan, close to bars and restaurants.

The bed was a bit lumpy and the shower was within a very large bath. This would be really difficult for people with any mobility issues. Would have loved the bar to be open a little later (for pool side drinks!).

Everything was great, especially all the staff. I felt welcome and safe. Mr Arsa is amazing, going above and beyond to help with any issues or problems, always smiling and is a great asset to this hotel as well as Pingkan, always friendly and talking with guests. They clearly love their jobs. The spa is amazing, Iovely spa rooms, I had a massage every day, in particular Lasmi was great and young Koming is going to be a rising star there. All the staff made my stay very enjoyable. I will be back.

Nothing really but they could change the spa music now and again

The staff are wonderful. Breakfast is served in the open air garden area which is lovely. Several choices for cooked breakfast and barista coffee. The pool is clean and large enough for a nice refreshing swim or just to sit in and relax. There is a swim-up bar with a small menu of drinks. The massages were great! The location is central and an easy walk to many great eating places, including on the beachfront.

Very clean but a little maintenance is needed but this is only very minor. Everything else was very good. At such a good price which included out breakfast, this is a minor issue.

I mostly liked most members of the staff. They were considerate and thoughtful and did everything they could to make my stay more pleasant. There were issues; noise from the street, ants in the room... but they switched me to a quieter room that faced the pool. They also sent me a complimentary basket of fruit, drinks, and biscuits after hearing I'd had an accident on my bike ride.

No matter how soon after the cleaners left, the soles of my feet would be black just from walking from the shower to the balcony. Perhaps they were 'cleaning' with a dirty mop?

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great, lots of options and plentiful. We stayed in a pool facing room which was wonderful, very quiet and light. The beds were comfortable. The location is great, very close to the beach and there's a cat cafe at the entrance to the hotel driveway. There are some good restaurants and massage places close by, and a supermarket. The pool was clean and big.

I think your experience will depend on the side of the hotel your room is on. We were initially placed in a room facing the main road, which was noisy and dim, despite the lights being on and the curtains open. There's not a lot of space for kids to run around apart from the pool.

Very polite and kind employes. Very big family room, which was clean and well equiped. The breakfast was good and enough and the timewindow for breakfast is great. The location is also good, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and a beach is around 5-8 Minutes by walking.

I only give them 9 out 10 because they forgot us on the airport and after arrival they havent even asked if they can compensate us somehow... We had too book a taxi, although we have written them everyting (Plane arrival time and number...) and if you check Booking it should have been included... With 2 children it was not that funny.

Location is fabulous, staff is very friendly and the rooms are spacious so really perfect for a family.

Obviously the bathrooms could do with a little bit of renovation, and the pool area would be nicer if they had a few more umbrellas for shade. One aircon we had at the connecting room wasn’t very strong but possibly due to it being on an outer wall so that room was already warmer. The connecting room had no chair so maybe a couple chairs for a room for 3 or 4 people would be nice.

The hospitality, friendly and helpful owners, management and staff was amazing. The team of staff from Restaurant, housekeeping, maintenance and Spa works hard to make guests comfortable. Every requests are met and the staff will go beyond their way to help. Shout out to Citra, Fira and Vani for giving great recommendations and guidance to local eats and essentials. As with any businesses, recovery from Covid is in progress. As such, the hotel is making improvements to facilities. During my 21 day stay, i saw little touches of improvements - kudos to their resilience. I stayed first 2 nights on the 3rd floor Deluxe room facing the pool, bright, airy and large room. The rest of my stay was on ground floor pool access Deluxe. Water jugs are provided in each room, staff and guests refill the jugs from water dispensers strategically located around the property. Great way to save the earth by NOT using plastic complimentary water bottles. Daily breakfast was more than adequate, with a main course (choice of local and western) plus small selection of local treats with fruits selection and toast. And choice of latte, cappucinno or expresso. Great news - The pool bar will be opened soon!
