Everything was good! Like how the breakfast was served - not the typical buffet style but a more personalised experience.

Really cool place. Beautiful design. Nice stuff. Big pool with comfortable sun beds. They have a small gym. Location is great although there isn’t a direct way to the beach as it seems on a map so you have to spend 10-15 minutes going to the beach. Beach is really dirty.

I was expecting the giant red bunny by the pool but they don’t have it anymore. And they don’t have toy bunnies in the rooms (like on the pictures) - I guess because all of them were stolen (but what’s happened with the giant one? Was he stolen too?) Bathroom is half open so be prepared that everything you do in the toilet will be heard by your companion so these rooms are for close friends and long term lovers only 😅 Both restaurants weren’t open during out staying there. They opened a rooftop restaurant but it was our last night there and we didn’t visit it.

Booked in to the hotel for two nights but ended up staying for our full 8 night trip. The hotel offers great value for money, close to the beach and also the centre. The staff could not do enough for you, the breakfast is served a la carte in the bar adjoining the hotel and is very recommended to get included when you book and is available 0630 to 10 am. The bar is also a good option for food and drinks, live music on some nights and a free Pool table. The beds in the rooms are also very comfortable. Would stay here again and would recommend at this price point.

Hotel crew are the best and the most polite people on the earth. The WiFi was working perfectly for the whole time. Beds are very comfortable. Rooftop terrace has got a great view, which you can enjoy while laying on one of many sunbeds (there's also a bar).

During our stay (2 weeks) the toilet clogged 2 times, but that wasn't a big deal, because the personel fix this issue very quickly. The hotel is located next to a very busy road, so sometimes there's a little bit to loud.

Breakfast served is wonderful! lots of options and well prepared. I like the tub; takes a while to fill because its very spacious! Very large bed. lots of space to use. and a short short 1 min walk to the Entrance of Potato Head

My kettle had some issues, otherwise everything was great!

The staff were fantastic and made our stay very comfortable. The ladies on reception, especially Riri and Suci, were fantastic at helping organise additional nights when we were booking last minute. The deluxe rooms are fantastic and huge, worth the upgrade. The location is also great as we were there for the NY period and everything was within walking distance or a short taxi journey away.

Only that the restaurant and tiki bar were not open but this is due to happen soon.

The hotel decor and theme is very trendy (instagrammers dream). The rooftop bar has a gorgeous view for the sunset over the beach (stunning!). The staff were some of the nicest people I've ever met and the food was delicious!

While it is not a party hotel, you could hear the footsteps in the rooms above and around you which could impact a light sleeper (for my room, I could hear my neighbouring urinating and flushing the toilet at 4am). Other than that I had no issues, the hotel was a great location and the staff were lovely.

Chose it for its styling: it stands out for its quirky design choices and plenty of character. I’m afraid the building itself on a second look appears ran down, same for the rooms with some broken fixtures. At some stage the AC gave up and we were forced to change room. Cleaning was done properly and staff was always super helpful and accomodating. Parking for scooter is available at no extra cost in the underground parking.

The staff are so friendly, helpful and welcoming which is a huge credit to them and hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is very convenient as it is in walking distance to the beach, local shopping stores, restaurants and massage places. At first I was worried this might be a party hotel with loud music coming from the bar on the rooftop but this simply wasn’t the case, overall the vibe of the hotel is very relaxed and no noise can be heard from nearby bars or clubs which is a huge plus in the Legian/Seminyak area, the main noise concern if a light sleeper would be the traffic on the street in front of the hotel, where along with other rooms the deluxe city view rooms are located, the rooms facing the pool or towards the back of the hotel are the most quiet. If breakfast is included you are spoilt for choice from a western standpoint, you could order multiple items from an Ala carte menu, the croissants were delicious served warm and the english breakfast was very tasty. Overall this is a great hotel and base to explore the Seminyak area, would thoroughly recommend.

The bathroom design of the deluxe rooms are open so probably best for a single person, very close friends or a couple as they do not allow for much privacy. Also the tv in the deluxe room is off to the side which makes it not as easy to view from a comfortable position. The main pool is deep at both ends so would only be recommended for experienced swimmers. These things did not bother me personally but I could see them being of concern to others.

The rooms were HUGE and really clean! I love the bed, pillow and the blanket! It was so comfortable and nice to sleep on after a long day out! It felt like I was sleeping on a 5-star hotel bed and there is even a pillow menu to select the type of pillows you want in any case the pillow in the room doesn't fit to your liking. The staff surprised me with a birthday cake by delivering it personally to my room, when I didn't indicate that I'm celebrating my birthday at their hotel. It was just a causal call from the FOH DM asking if there was anything missing or needed to add in my room, as I have rejected housekeeping that morning, and least did I expect the surprise came to my room. Even when I had dinner at one of their restaurants, one of the staff found out it was my birthday and gave me a complimentary cocktail to enjoy. To be honest, not even the 5-star hotels are even doing this anymore or even being observant of guests' birthdays, and I'm really appreciative of the small gestures made by the team. The cocktail promotion of buy 2 get 1 free was great! The drinks were superb and they didn't hold back on the liquor despite being a promotion. My friends order the pizza, and they love it!

The only downside I felt was the restaurant menu and food quality. I was expecting to have more local food than just western selection of burgers and fish & chips. The Singapore-style mee goreng was a little underwhelming in terms of the taste but it was a great effort in trying to replicate the taste of it. The seafood snack platter was a little disappointing as the batter was not crispy at all and it was a little too thick. Some of the snack felt a little cold even though it was just served to me.
