We loved the location. Meno was the calmest of the Gilis, and this side of the island was the most quiet. The hotel restaurant was nice, especially the view in the morning. The staff was kind, and it felt like home for the 11 days we stayed. There was a great spot just down the beach to get massages. My five and 2-year-old snorkeled for the first time with the many turtles just down the beach. It’s a dreamy location we home to return to and would stay at Kira Kira again.

If you want a variety of restaurant options, you’ll need to go to the other side of the island, which we did a couple of times, and it was nice.

Lots of small touches that made this exceptional. Daily housekeeping, air freshener, big spray, fridge, massive filtered water jug in the room, so no need to go to reception for refils. Option to have meals delivered to your room. A service button in the pool area so you can order food and drinks in the pool. Some games and a library as well as a pool table. Beach towels provided as well as good linen and towels. The on site massage was wonderful, though we were only able to book in once. Eggs made to order with fresh fruit, Indo rice and noodles and sausages and bacon. Yes there's flies, you're in an open air location. There's lots of fans in the dining area and the view is lovely. Staff were very good at remembering what we liked to order, which made it personal. Easy to rent a bike. Great that it's directly at the harbour, so no need for a horse or to drag your luggage. The room is completely sealed, which meant we didn't notice the Call to Prayer from the mosque and it also meant the aircon we nice and cold. Meno is a very remote island compared to the neighbouring Gili Trawangan and Gili Air. This is a developing country and they're doing an amazing job of trying to meet western tourist expectations. Done expect a gourmet pizza or water that drains away instantly in the shower. Just enjoy the endless marine life and simple way of life. So many sea turtles. This was my second trip to Meno, I will be back.

The bed was extremely firm. We used the cushions from the day bed to help soften it. We were only able to book in for a massage once (which was really good). We we're really sure why they weren't available on other days, staff were unsure. We had a massage instead from a lovely lady at the beach.

The location was as central as central can be just next to the pier with all the amenities of bike rental, shops and some restaurants. as it happens, it’s also only two minutes walk to what we think was the best beach on the island. Easy access to the best viewing point of the beautiful sunrise. Rooms were very decent and very comfortable. The best part of our stay was the extraordinary helpful staff led by owner, Ian and what seems like the master of all trades, Harry all going out of the way to give advice, assistance, and whatever else was requested.

For this price point, the rooms obviously are not overly luxurious but we thought still very good, and great quality in terms of value for money.

Our experience here was amazing! It's a charming litte hotel. It's on the beach but is not straight on the sand so you keep your privacy. The room has everything you need and is very comfortable. The pool is big and very nice. The island has a deserted feel and is perfect to relax and deconnect. And the snorkeling is out of this world! All in all, we had an awesome time here! Highly recommend.

The breakfast is simple and good. But the hotel restaurant hasn't that many options and is a bit expensive comparitevely to others restaurants on the island. But it wasn't a big problem.

The resort is in front of the boat pier: very easy to reach once you get to the island, but that means it no immediate access to a beach (there is a good beach 5 minutes walk to the north). Food is not what you remember Gili Meno for: with this in mind, the restaurant is not too bad and has a nice location. There are nice bars on the other side of the islands where you can see the sunset, but I didn't feel the food was that much better.

The pool is small and forgettable - but please, don't let this put you off. You shouldn't go to the Gilis for the pool (and if you do, consider changing destination).

The staff was so friendly, fun, and helpful. The location, just off the dock was SO GREAT! It was so easy to get to here just off the boat. The food at the restaurant was good. The pool was covered and therefore slightly cool (in the BEST way). We loved our stay here! It was a family favorite of our whole 6 week vacation.

The air conditioner in our units did not work that great. The room was cooler than the outside-- but not by much. The staff was helpful in providing a fan for us.

The snooker table, the big 19L bottle of mineral water available in the room for free, the breakfast variety, the accommodation restaurant, and the convenience of having a mini supermarket and ATM right next to the accommodation.

The shower was clogging and the toilet flush didn’t flush completely, so we had to ask the staff to fix it for 3 times. At the breakfast, the food was not always very well protected and had flies tackling it.

We liked the location of this hotel as it’s right by the harbour but also right where the nice beaches are.

When we checked into our room we had around 15 mosquitoes in the room. We had the feeling cleaning staff cleans the rooms with all the doors open, the mosquitoes were really unpleasant and a crazy amount of them were there when we arrived in the room. We spend our first hour at this stay hunting all the mosquitoes :’)

this place was fabulous. the rooms were spacious & clean. the beds were super comfy!! the pool area has lots of loungers and always cool as it’s in a cover. the massage place on site was great. the food is also lovely especially the local dishes. the breakfast included was also great! it is next to the pier which is very helpful. they also rented us bikes to cycle around with and at a low cost. i would recommend this place to anyone visiting gili Meno.

the restaurant menu didn’t have much variation from the day menu, but still loads on it

Everything about Kura Kura is fabulous - it is right on the harbour & easy to find when you get off the boat ... the rooms are large, stylish & clean with great AC. There’s also a lovely pool & you can hire bikes to zip around the island. I liked it so much I’m returning in a few days time!! 😁🙏🏼
