The hotel is very nice and clean. All the facilities are good and the breakfast is great. However the staff are what really make this place. Aziz, Ayu, Umi, Dani and all the others. Super friendly and nice people, always happy and willing to chat and hang out. We were there in rainy season and our boat back to Bali was cancelled due to weather. The staff helped us in booking another boat to Lombok and then onto Bali, even made sure we got to the port and found the correct boat. Highly recommend. Hope we can make it back there again.

Nice and green territory, big and clean rooms, nice bathroom. A little bit far from beach and main road- if it’s raining then the road is muddy! Nice pool! Staff is very friendly! Kids loved cats! :) Food in the restaurant could be a little bit better and maybe more options to choose!

Internet!!! Very bad! Since we had to work and study it was almost impossible.

The property was well maintained and had all the facilities you would expect. The stay was a comfortable one and the best part of the stay would be the 4 cats resident that roam around the property (they are so friendly and cute:))

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was incredibly clean and tidy. The property had so many perks and added bonus like bikes and free breakfast. It made our stay incredibly easy.

I have nothing bad to say about this stay.

i loved my stay at villa nero, staff where amazing and very friendly, this place gives you a sense of home away from home due too how lovely and homely the staff are, with the beautiful villa cats roaming around, good peaceful music and friendly smiles on everybody's faces i will definitely be coming back!

loved staying here! the staff were so kind & accommodating. such a good location, off the main strip but 5 mins to the harbour/ beach. cute little friendly cats on site which I loved! comfiest bed we slept in our whole trip, such a nice room as well!! loved Nero & highly recommend!

So we booked here for a nicer stay over my birthday, check in was smooth and staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and we loved the little outside bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was nice, small selection but good none the less. The bed was VERY comfy so couldn't recommend enough. The pool is also nice, not freezing cold either. On day of check out the staff were very chatty and took a genuine interest in our trip and asking what we liked best etc.

The wifi was very unreliable so not recommended if you need internet for work etc. Other than that, nothing!

The staff was the best of this place, they are very friendly and always attentive. The soundtrack of their bar/ breakfast area was amazing! The villas and pool area are very beautiful. Room was big and with nice furniture design. The location is great, it’s a quiet area but 5min bike ride from the nicest beaches and a 15min bike ride until Sunset area.

I didn’t love the bathroom because it was open but it was our choice to give it a try and in fact had everything you need and more.

The staff were super nice! When we checked out we still had friends staying there so we would visit them there and they borrowed us towels and gave us juice. The room was big and very beautiful! The bathroom was really nice

The TV froze when you were on Netflix. The food wasn’t good and you could never order pizza even though it was on the menu.

The staff were super helpful and attentive. They shared travel tips for the island and arranged bikes and laundry services for us with ease.

The outdoor bathroom backed onto a busy laneway so was noisy at times.
