I stay in this hotel with my family. We book 3 rooms; 2 rooms with 2 beds and 1 room with 3 beds. Nice hotel with strategic location, resided in the middle of Solo City. We got breakfast facilities also that enough for us, for my entire family. Not too much choices but is enough for our breakfast needs.

We cannot get a spare electronic key for our room. Each room only got 1 electronic key. It's not give us a flexibility if we need to have our own plan, different with other family member. Hotel staff helping us to open the room door when we need it. This is the only issue that we have during our stay in this hotel.

The staff was wonderfully helpful and and the location was right in the centre of the city.

The food was rather boring. It was good but predictable especially because we stayed for 4 nights.

Very decent for a short stay. Excellent location; great staffs; breakfast buffet more than just enough. Room basic but clean and comfortable.

The beds in budget or economy hotels are slightly smaller than the standard sizes.

Spent a night here before we went to Jogja. Arriving, security has been very helpful by finding us parking spot and assisting as the parking area wasn't too big and during peak seasons, it might be a bit difficult to find one. However the security guy always finds a spot. So bravo! Checking-in was also a breeze as we already booked from online travel agent. On our floor, there was a water station so we didn't have to worry about finding hot and cold water anytime. Our room was adequate. There were some imperfections. However all the basic needs were met, so we're happy with it. And honestly that's the only thing that Amaris could improve as the staffs were very helpful during our stay there. We would love to stay there when we got a chance to travel to Solo again 😊

The location is great, breakfast was delicious, and the staff are helpful.

The room service was a bit lousy, and the sound proofing was not that good. You can still hear people chatting from other rooms.

In this city and near the hotel, there are almost no minimarkets such as Alfamart and Indomaret. have to shop at local shops or stalls.

good location, good breakfast, large bathroom. the staffs are very kind, especially the security staffs who are very helpful to navigate the parking.

in the room we stayed, the bathroom floor is *very* slippery and a bit sticky. the bathroom is very humid as there's no exhaust fan. there's stains on the wall.
