Nice place to stay for one e night on our way to Bali.

The bar/restaurant at the entrance is nice, but unfortunately, guests are allowed to smoke inside. Your clothes will smell of smoke even if no others are there.

The location, the building, the rooms are great. The staff during breakfast were very helpful. Room is very comfortable.

The front desk staff , especially dyeing check out is very slow and ignorant. Shw told me to wait for 5.minutes because someone ahould check my room before check out, asking mw to sit down and will call me after ita finished. However ahw didnt return to me, and only after 10.minutes I went back to front desk asking whats going on. She said oh you are donw and can leave. If I didnt go to front desk again,.maybe i should wait till noon timw for nothing. They also didnt give me a formal receipt.

Good location, very comfy beds, good wifi.

Breakfast had a huge selection but all of it was below average. They don't know how to keep food hot and fresh. Scrambled eggs cooked and left to get cold , instead of made to order like most places. Cold hard chewy waffles. They could have had a better selection of fresh fruit instead of the same three things every day.

Good location and nice entrance. Rooms were very clean and no noise from outside (no street or mosk noises). Staff were very friendly and also helped out where they could! Compared to other Hotel Santika locations, this was the best!

Breakfast is until 10, but we came at 9:15 and half was gone and not restocking. They also started to clean up at 9:45. The hotel is big and 22 floors operating on only 2 small elevators. So keep in mind long waiting times. Also the pool area looked kind of sad and no room for sunlight.

The ambience was great, the place is very near to the city yet quiet. Clean and friendly staff at front desk.

The persons in the restaurant were not responsive and tend to ve unfriendly. I cant feel the sincerity of their service. I was injured yet no one offered me a hand. It took a long time to ask for warm water. They serve without smile, and when i said thank you to them, no answered from them .

Very welcoming staff, the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is close to the main train station and there are enough warungs/restaurants around. Breakfast was good, as well as the cafe in the lobby.

The gym was small, only had light weights, and had no airconditioning, so in the end we couldn't use it.

They charged me IDR55,000 for an English breakfast tea bag as they only provide jasmine tea with the breakfast. First time I have ever been charged for a teabag!

it was close to the train station. It has a h reat breakfast buffet.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke. subsequently all our clothes also smelled of cigarette when we left.

The hotel was very comfortable. Best Indonesian breakfast we have ever had. Rooms lovely and clean. Nice pool. Excellent value. Close to Stasion Gubeng for early morning train departure.

Nothing to complain about, except the are 3 Hotel Santikas in Surabaya, and a taxi took us to the wrong one after a shopping trip 🤣
