Very small room but clean and perfect location when you have flight ! Easy to find and access. It is almost quiet so you can sleep well (I expected more noise). Very comfortable bed. That’s the main things I wanted and I definitely come back if I need one day !

Room was very small so it was difficult to put all my luggage and I had just 2 bagpacks. Bathroom was very small too so when I took my shower I put water everywhere on WC and on the paper so be careful ! There is a restaurant but not really a room to eat it’s on the corridor or in your room. And last thing, breakfast was too expensive so I didn’t take it.

I don‘t get the bad reviews here! Best airport hotel location ever, right in the hall where all the checkin counters are. Clean rooms & i didn‘t have problems finding it. Directions are well described!

The rooms were noisy (loud AC, thin walls) but hey, you‘re sleeping inside the actual airport building (: With earplugs it was fine for me and i had a very good sleep.

it is located at terminal 3 right next to check in, so it is perfect for layover and waiting to catch next flight. very friendly and helpful staff.

because of its location inside the terminal the room was without windows and due to air conditioning it was very noisy. it should be taken into account when booking.

Best choice for midnight airport stay. 0 m away from the checkin counter and the security gate. Even though we had only 5 hours there and had onlya couple of hours to sleep, we strongly think it was much better than nothing.

Their morning call service did not work. Do not forget to set your alarms. Also it was very hard to reach as there is no clear direction map or instruction. The hotel sign is not very recognizable.

Staff were friendly. Modern and compact rooms. Toothbrush and paste provided.

Impossible to find if arriving on domestic flight, no signs or directions from hotel. Hotel is at gate 5 international departures on 2nd floor. Sheets smelled, they should air out the bed between guests if not in use.

We liked the staff was very friendly when we arrived, everyone was smiling and we got a welcome drink upon out arrival. Rooms were comfortable with AC.

All was great, just only worse marking. When we arrived at the airport, we did not see any sign of the hotel, so we were confused and were looking for it quite long time. Even the building wasn't marked with the name of the hotel.

Clean and comfortable airport hotel, it was accurately reflected in the pictures. Pillows were especially comfortable. I noticed there were some reviews saying it was difficult to find - this was not the case for me, because the hotel had staff members waiting out the front of the hotel to greet guests (I imagine in response to some of these reviews).

Perfect for the overnight in Jakarta if you have a connecting flight. Helpful staf and reasonable prices.

Tiny rooms. Ok for one person, but for two, It will be slightly uncomfortable. Air-con is cooling the room, but the hot air goes to the bathroom. So when the bath door is open, there is no cooling the room

Location really useful Comfy bed, clean bathroom At the end of the day this is a place to get some sleep with a layover and we did just that, so really happy with the hotel The staff were SO NICE when we arrived which was just fantastic after 27 hours of travelling. It was just like being welcomed home.

Location in the airport and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Bed was comfy and they have now put an extra cooler in the room to make sure the rooms arn’t hot as air on is connected to airport. WhatsApp was a great form of communication and helped us to locate the hotel upstairs.
