Episode Gading Serpong hotel exceeded my expectations, with a decent price, it came with a great breakfast with different kind of selection of foods and most of the their foods taste quite good too. The hotel looks pretty new and the facilities are all well maintained and clean. The hotel room is clean and the bed is comfy. Also, the hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. There are also KFC and Pizza Hut located just opposite the hotel, if you need a fast meal can easily access the restaurant. Definitely will choose to come back and stay in this hotel again if I were to access to the areas nearby in my future trip. Recommended!

The downside of the hotel is their bathroom, the shower area is pretty small and the curb is not high enough separating the shower area and the WC area, and hence when you shower the water will easily flow out to the WC area resulting the whole bathroom floor wet. Also, the soundproof of the hotel room is not too good, the vehicle motor sounds and loud music from the streets can be hear at night. On the other hand, the hotel building have total 4 passenger lifts to their hotel room levels, it took quite a long time to wait for the lift during their peak hours (eg. breakfast time, check out time, evening time). Overall, the above-mentioned three points are not too big deal for me, so still okay.

We stayed at their Family Room. Although our room have very small window compare to the room, the room itself is great! complete amenities, even it has tea set & coffee machine. Bathroom has mini tub, enough for relaxing body in warm water. The restaurant's space is about right, many variety of foods from Indonesian to western menu.

Actually I booked Junior Suites room (non smoking, in higher floor), but we got the room in smoking floor. Unfortunately when I complained to the staff all the Junior Suites were full. Gladly their responded by free upgrading my room to Family Room. It is better if they inform us during the check-in, not after we arrived at designated floor then realize that it is smoking floor. There's always reason why we booked non-smoking room (at non-smoking floor of course :) ). Pools area not quiet big for many guesses, especially kids pool..

We first stayed here 3 weeks ago when we attended a family wedding in the ballroom, and had an exceptional time. The hotel was booked at that time through the wedding party. On leaving we asked to leave a suitcase and the concierge (Christian) was happy to oblige as we were going travelling and would be returning in 12 days. The hotel is new and the fixtures and fitting are great and staff first class. Room comfortable and clean. The staff especially Christian are great. On returning made very welcome with left suitcase ready to collect.

As I said the room was great the only problem was that the hotel is located on a very busy road junction and as our room on both occasions overlooked this road junction and with the floor to ceiling windows the noise level was very high until about 2 o’clock in the morning. Small cold swimming pool with only a couple of recliners, but with a good view

Room is large, bed is large and comfortable, a cute bath tub and complete room amnesties. Very authentic and unique design interior. They gave us coupon for free popcorn and ice cream. If you are vegan or vegetarian, you can go down to Babah Ramu restaurant and chat with their staff, they will help you to accomodate your needs and their food taste very good 😊

Pool and gym is too small. Our room cleaning service didn't come until last night of our stay but when they came, they were polite and nice. Room is not too cold, although we adjusted the temperature, it didn't work. Not many option for breakfast if you are vegan or vegetarian.

Everything! The interior design, the massage place, the service! 👍👍👍 it was helpful that most of the service staff were able to converse in English too.

The lift design didn't seem to be able to support crowds so there were times when we had to wait really long for the lift to be available when they had an event at the hotel. The fridge in the room was never cold enough. It was warmer than the airconditioned room. 😅

I like the chinese culture inspired interior design, especially in the bedroom and the Sandjong Spa. The room is spacious, completed with a small and nice bathtub. The Sandjong Spa was really good for healing and relaxation with a beautiful decoration, the staff in Sandjong Spa was really nice and considerate. The breakfast was really good and offers various options of food.

The kids club was very crowded and too small.

Like its sister hotel JHD Solitaire next door, the traffic noise at room level is disturbing. Checking some of the windows they look as if double glazing could have been built in but it had been ommitted. I take ear plugs with me now as I know how loud the motorbikes can sound in the dead of the night, but for a new hotel the issue could have been better dealt with during the build

its a brand new hotel, i luv the design ,its a combined of modern and ethnic , the staff is friendly, and i like the breakfast

the swimming pool kind of small and located near sky lobby so its not too private because when people check in can see the swimming pool from the inside, but for children i think its not a problem but for women not too comfortable, also the restaurant not spacious enough when the hotel is full

I thought the staff were outstanding. The location great. The room is very nice m, comfortable and quite. Overall very nice.

The carpet could do with a deep clean because it had a strong odor. For me personally the light switches were in an odd place. If you wanted to make more of a wow experience for light switching you could perhaps use Alexa or Google.

Clean and secure new hotel, free parking, relatively well located, and fast response from the concierge.

Some minor issues such as: Feel like the room is more suitable for overnight guests (we stay 3 nights). No drawer for clothes. No rubbish bin at the mirror/wash area. Over flow water on the shower/bathroom floor when showering.
