6 Sence, the bar by the pool was a big disappointment! (: Service very slow. And as a couple who wanted to enjoy dinner and talk, we did not appreciate the very loud music. Asked them to please reduce volume a few times, with little or no effect. We hade to interrupt 2nd dinner since we couldn’t talk with normal voice level. And the pool area was one reason to choose the hotel. We wanted to enjoy the pool and relax, read and work.

Check-in was smooth - we got exactly what we booked and with the chosen preferences (a non-smoking room etc.). The staff is amazing, everybody is helpful. They helped us with the bags when we arrived and when we left. The room is very comfortable, with an additional sofa to relax. It was also very quiet in the room, there was no outside noise or any noise from the hotel. The location of the hotel is just perfect- a shopping mall and many restaurants, and also quite close to the airport.

Excellent hotel - very nice rooms, comfortable bed, very nice and professional staff, excellent location (hotel connected with Mall which has everything - McD, Starbucks, KFC, Subway, Pizza hut, J.Co, Donkin Donats, and much more restaurants an shops). 2 pools - 1 for kids and 1 big, playground for kids. 30 minutes from the airport with the car. Late check out with minimal extra paymant. Generally, it is an excellent place to stay, and it is definitely my first choice to stay whenever I am in Tangerang waiting for flight.

I thank the staff of the Novotel hotel team when they dealt with my case professionally and took me to the emergency hospital for free, and brought me my necessary things to the hospital, and reassured me of my health as if I was among my family, and they arranged my bags and put them in the safes I would like to thank everyone here, especially Ade, Aries and Jehan Abdullah

Breakfast range and quality was superb. Great location next to a large shopping mall. About 30 minutes from the airport. A Grab cost between £3 and £7 to get to and from the airport. Quiet rooms. Allowed us to stay in our room until 1pm.

Glass wall to shower from bedroom - only a blind to pull down (which got very wet). Otherwise excellent.

Staff were amazing

No direct physical access to pool without stairs.. What about my friend in wheelchair. No open window / environment air in room. Crap shower controls. Frustrating. Crap fridge. Useless. AC Power points positioned too high physically for foreigners, with adapters hanging off dumb euro type sockets, weight too much to use. Otherwise 74/100

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel in the mall helped us for last minute souvenirs shopping and I loved that the mall entrance WAS next to the elevator 😊

The price of the breakfast per person is very high if you want to pay in premises.

Location is good, if you want to stay close to the airport. Nice swimmingpool and fitness center. Hotel workers very nice and professionals. A shopping center below tue hotel, where you could eat in different places.

The hotel has a direct access to the TangCity Mall. The staffs are helpful. And the location is at Tangerang downtown.

When we ask for borrowing a cutlery, it takes up to 20 minutes to wait the staff bring it up to our room.
