The hotel is breathtaking, and the staff can not do enough for you. The room was amazing with everything you need and more. The little touches like the turn down service and cookies before bed, we're very nice. The staff remember your name and details about you, making your stay feel very personal. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing, everything was amazing.

We stayed in the premier room - these rooms are furthest away from the main resort with plenty of privacy to enjoy the personal pool and jacuzzi. They’re nestled in the bottom of the valley overlooking the waterfall but still have a beautiful outlook. They come with a butler service (Krisna was very attentive!) and buggy transportation up to the main resort if you’re not up for the (very steep) walk. The main resort area is also spectacular with multiple pool areas to choose from. They open their doors to visitors from 11 so recommend house guests grab a spot by the main pool before then as it can get a bit busier later on. Recommend a cocktail by the main pool before dinner once the day guests are gone - lovely place to watch the sunset. Food selection is great, perhaps not 5 star but a broad range of cuisines both Indonesian and international which meant we always found something we liked. Finally, if you want to see more of the surrounding areas, the resort can put on a day tour with one of their drivers which we did and had a great day out )a visit to jatiluwih is a must!)

The resort is located 30 mins out of Ubud… longer if during day with traffic. Not a problem if your destination is the resort (and why not, it’s amazing) but if you’re like us and want to see more of the area it can be a little tedious going back and forward from town. The resort puts on a free shuttle 4 times a day which helps. Note if you’re in Ubud for dinner it can be a challenge to get a driver to agree to take you back to resort as it is a 1.5hr round trip for them, best to arrange collection with resort first.

Pretty much everything - cleanliness, room size, quality and comfort, exceptionally good staff, keen attention to detail that staff and management displayed toward tiniest of customer needs, infinity pools, gyms. The place offers a total relaxation package and you never feel disappointed even for a moment. The staff, especially Louis, Adi, Little Krishna, and Turisky (I hope I got all spellings right), were exceptionally welcoming and hospitable.

My wife, being a vegetarian, struggled to find food options in their menu. They would benefit from adding a few more South Asian vegetarian options to their menu. Also, some areas, such as the pool table area, could use a fan as being closer to pools. It gets unbearably humid. Sweating while playing pool is neither good for the customers nor for the pool table.

Incredible getaway ! We locked ourself in the pool villa for our 3 night stay and lived off room service as we wanted to get away from it all. Fantastic room and garden with lots of space and a small private infinity pool. We were down the bottom of the hill and away from the main building so things were nice and quiet. Staff worked very hard to make our stay enjoyable. It's a good bit north of Ubud centre - about 45 mins, so it's a 90-120 min drive from the airport which we knew when we booked and as we planned on not leaving the villa, that's exactly what we were after.

We arrived at 1am and ordered a 10am room service floating breakfast. Unfortunately someone from the team called our room phone at 7am to clarify the order which woke us up and we were unable to get back to sleep. The crew apologised many times but the sleep was lost and the first day we were both exhausted. We plugged the phone out of the wall at that point to ensure it couldn't happen again.

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel to celebrate our honeymoon and were impressed by its exceptional service. Amazing villa with an unforgettable view and a heated pool! The staff displayed the utmost professionalism and were incredibly attentive throughout our stay, making us feel valued and cared for. The hotel's vibes were perfect, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. We especially loved the pampering we received, which added a delightful touch to our overall experience; special thanks to our butlers Septi and Risky, always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Breakfast could be improved.

First of all the pictures don’t do the scenery justice, it’s a truly remarkable property to look at. We stayed in a jungle pool villa and it was beautiful with a lot of amenities inside which made our trip that little bit more easier. Most of all the staff are incredible, every single one took time out of their day to ensure your day was perfect and I can’t thank them enough. Kepitu restaurant also had a lot of choice and was all very nice and the breakfast was wonderful (but inside because of the bees lol) Thank you so much Kayon for the 3 nights we stayed and we wish we could’ve stayed for longer.
