The location and little villas were lovely

There is no restaurant. It is about a 4 km walk to the centre so we downloaded Grab for bike taxis and food delivery for evening meals when we didn't want to eat in a restaurant which worked well but the fact there is no restaurant wasn't made clear on booking.

The villa is set in lovely surroundings and has a wonderful lush nature feel. We enjoyed exceptional hospitality from all the staff, who were so quick to help us with any questions or help to arrange tours/drivers. The bedroom was spacious and luxurious with an open air bathroom. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit and juices prepared each morning. We spent a fair bit of time in the pool - the temperature was perfect and the garden setting was very relaxing. A special mention to their driver Kadek who we had the pleasure of road tripping with for two days. He was a lot of fun! We would stay again for sure next time we are in Ubud.

Nothing to not like

Lovely, quiet spot set in the rice fields, away from the busy centre of Ubud! A truly authentic experience with locals living nearby. The owners and staff were so lovely and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! On our first night we found two geckos inside our roof and they called the appropriate contact to remove them within 20 minutes (special shout out to Kadek!). The accommodation itself was spacious with a modern bathroom, with each guest having their own traditional Balinese hut/villa. The breakfast was a simple Balinese breakfast which did the job!

Unfortunately unable to book Grab or Gojek from this location as it’s a 20-min drive into the centre of Ubud. However the staff were able to book us a local taxi within 10 minutes, and the fare is approx 60,000IDR each way. The swimming pool isn’t in the best location - right by the reception desk so not much privacy.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Our 2nd time staying here too many great reasons to return, the staff are incredibly lovely, nothing is too much to request, the service was exceptional. Literally on nature's doorstep but close enough to get into Ubud central area. Excellent value for money, the peace and tranquility,.. Priceless.

Leaving it all behind.

When I first saw the place from the view on the road, I was not so impressed. However, everything turned out to be great after that - nice room, very nice view (after the main gate), great staff, facilities are pretty good as well.

Just a small thing - breakfast can be a little better, maybe more protein, and the water bottles are so small :(

Loved our cabin! So beautiful and spacious, set in the rice fields. Lovely quiet space a short drive into town.

The last little stretch of road to get there is dirt and our grab drivers always found it a bit daunting, especially as there is no space to cross another vehicle.

Surrounded by rice terrace and well cured gardens. Wonderful retreat in nature. Comfortable rooms, with all the necessary.

Unpleasant road to drive the scooter on in the last 50 meters, But nothing too extreme.

Great place worth visiting, amazing Staff, ready to help at any time of a day, very responsive, place next to the rice fields, far from the croudy and noisy Ubud center, great!

Wonderful and peaceful villa for a stay in Ubud. In between rice fields, you have your own spacious cabin with a great bathroom and garden. The staff is lovely and they take the breakfast to your room. The road to get there isn't perfect but our Grab/Gojek drivers had no issues.
