Very quiet and comfortable place. We had a very nice stay there. They offer breakfast by the pool or on the room terrace and it was very good. Overall very good!!

There was no hand soap in the bathroom (but they had shampoo and shower gel) and there was no towel for the hands by the sink. Only two big towels and towel for the floor. It would have been nice to have a small fridge as it is very hot in the room and it would be nice to be able to store some snacks and drinks inside the fridge. There was a need for hangers and a place to hang up clothes for example dresses. The shower is very good but could have used a scraper to scrape the water off the floor as there was no shower hanger. These are all small things that are easy to fix and didn't bother us much just a tip for the hotel to be even better :)

wow! the facilities are completely new, with a minimal yet beautiful style. I stayed at the bungalow and it was beautiful to wake up with the sound of nature; the bathroom is amazing and the bed super comfortable. the pool and it’s view! And breakfast is super tasty! The location is great! with everything you need around the hotel by walking distance. But the best part is the staff! what a beautiful people! they are always there when you need something; very very very special people 💛 THANK YOU!

It's a serene place, not far from ubud center and just a walk away from monkey forest. Even you don't plan to visit monkey forest, the monkey will visit you :D the place is beyond my expectations, so comfy and worth the price.

There's no toiletries but they provide towel, shampoo and soap. And there's no closet to store your clothes. There's no working desk too at bungalow and no TV which I actually like.

This was the most gorgeous hotel. The room was beautiful and although at first impressions doesn’t look private, this was absolutely not an issue. The pool area was perfect for spending an afternoon surrounded by garden. The staff were accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The location was great and close to anything we could want.

This is not in the control of the hotel, but every few days there were A LOT of monkeys hanging around. The staff were always quick to attention to help shoo them away. This honestly is to be expected on Jalan Monkey Forest, but was a shock - and probably a very unique lifelong experience. Just a heads up to those who have not booked.

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of Ubud centre near many shops, restaurants and cafes. The staff were exceptional and made us feel very welcome. Our room was very clean and the pool area was so beautiful and the stay exceeded our expectations.

The WiFi was poor in our bungalow room by the pool but It didn't bother us too much as we spent a lot of time outside. Also sometimes there were monkeys by the pool during the day time which could be a problem if you had food. Breakfast was quite basic but it was included so that didn't bother us too much.

everything was amazing, from the location to the spacious room with great air conditioning and incredible staff. my only issue was with the water pressure in the shower, which I found out from traveling Bali is quite common everywhere on the island. it was enough for me to wash my body but I did have to go to a salon for my hair to be washed. other than that, the breakfast was amazing and they gave an option for it to be eaten in the pool or at your room. the bed was comfortable and was freshly made by the staff every morning when I came back from exploring. monkey forest next door so there are lots of monkeys roaming around which i loveddd!! very good value for money and I would love to stay again :)

Our stay at Rate Wana Karsa Ubud Hotel was simply incredible! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with utmost care and warmth. Communication with them was a breeze, and they went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Thanks to their exceptional service, we had a beautiful and unforgettable time at this heavenly retreat in Bali. Highly recommended! I really liked this place. Actually it was perfect. The beds where good, the location couldn’t be better, next to the monkey forest, and next to a lot of places to eat, shop,.. the staff was very sweet. Breakfast was okay. Simple but good. The pool was waw, and floating breakfast was two times included with our stay. Very nice for cheap price.

Only the shower. The pressure was not good. And it took long for it to get warm. But not really a big problem. We had a little bit bad luck with the neighbours in the room next to us. They were so noicy, were laughing at nighttime, during the day,.. even if I had make them clear that we could like hear everything. So the walls are really thin i guess. But that’s just bad luck for us :)

the hospitality amongst all the staff has been incredibly inviting and so kind! always very happy to see me at the lobby and great for chats! I have also met the owner and he is so nice, always smiling when I see him! the room I was allocated to was beautiful! extremely spacious and very clean! the bathroom is so nice and spacious, mainly the reason why I chose this hotel! daily clean towels and sheets! I didn’t get to use the pool as I mainly did trips around Ubud but the pool looks clean and exactly as is in the photo! I also didn’t get to eat breakfast a lot, only once I think during my 7 night stay as I left early mornings. it was so yummy and plentiful! I booked again for 1 night after leaving Ubud for 2 days and as soon as I arrived, the staff were so welcoming once again! almost like old friends/family whom I haven’t seen in a while! a real homey feel with luxury! I highly recommend!
