I was sleeping in the half open bungalow with a view. I fell in love with the net and the view I had from the top floor of the bungalow. Since they placed me in a bungalow which had a double bed both downstairs and upstairs, I could wake up with the view first thing in the morning as well.

Mind that the half open bungalow is in fact open on the top floor. I didn’t consider the amount of wildlife that would come inside the bungalow due to that. Take this into account! There were a LOT of gekko’s on the ceiling above the bed (mind they do there droppings from there as well! Birds and insects are flying through. Also one night I woke up from an animal under my bed fighting with the net to get out, which turned out to be a cat when it finally got out. Since I didn’t know it was a cat when I woke up from the banging, I was pretty startled. I would stay again, though just take it into account.

The location was great, the pool and view were amazing, the hut was cute. The resort is build on a hill, which is very nice for the views, but please be advised that there are a lot of stairs.

Although we had a room with ac, that didn’t mean the room was completely closed off. Since most of it was made of bamboo, there were a lot of holes around the windows and doors, so we had a lot of bugs in the room. Mostly centipedes. Also, the bathroom had an opening to the outside, which is cool, but also had all the bugs come in. And the bathroom stayed really wet after a shower, even till the day after. Lastly, the ac is right above the bed. Basically above your head, which wasn’t too big of a deal for us, but it can be for some.

Receptionist Yvana was so friendly and helpful, and of course the other stuff, can’t remember the names, but I really enjoy the stay.

The toilet in My room I stayed has a bit issue, feels like there is blockage, cuz it smells, but I was exploring everywhere in Uluwatu, forgot to mention at reception

I stayed alone for 7 nights in beautiful bamboo bungalow, and it was a best time. The bungalow is all made of natural materials only, you feel yourself so close to the nature. The view from the second floor to the ocean and green nature around is magnificent, hammock is just wow. The hotel is 3-5 minutes on bike from a lot of good places to eat, money change etc The only thing I regret is that I was there alone without my boyfriend! It’s very romantic <3

The design of the hotel was unique and very authentic. The rooms were beautiful, clean and well thought out. There were a lot of bugs in the room due to not having proper sealed doors/etc - but it wasn't an issue and we became friends hahah. The pool and view was gorgeous! I would definitely stay again. Location was great too - a 15 min walk to main strip or a 3 min go jek!

Nothing to fault but I didn't notice any staff while I was there. They were barely around so didn't know who I could talk to when I needed things.

This place in Uluwatu is truly magical. The beautifully designed bamboo house, combined with a unique and stylish bathroom, creates an unforgettable experience. The swimming pool offers a stunning view, making it the perfect spot to relax. It was one of the best stays during my trip to Bali. Ifana is the best receptionist here—her hospitality was exceptional and truly made my stay special. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I will definitely return when I revisit Uluwatu!

Loved it, even better than the pictures. We managed to end up in one of the villas with a kitchen which was great we cooked each night and the staff kept the place clean and bug free by emptying the bins regularly. Hardly any mosquitos around and even though no aircon as we were in an open style villa it was comfortable to live and sleep in. Pool was also lovely. We didn’t eat at the restaurant as it was vegetarian and we are big meat eaters which was not an issue, the drinks were yummy though (pool side service). They also had yoga going on and was a really nice atmosphere when we stayed.

Not much to dislike, if you don’t like small animals and bugs it probably isn’t the place for you. We had a 30cm gecko resident to our villa who we loved but might not be for everyone. Small geckos and Non biting bugs in the bathroom but again wasn’t an issue for us. Building work next door but really didn’t disturb us at all!

The Hotel is 5 stars! We had such a blast there. Would highly recommend the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the vegetarian food is next level, so yummy. We had almost everything from the menu and ate 2 meals a day at the restaurant. The bungalow is so nice, clean and spacious and super clean. The pool was another highlight of us. The hotel organized a scooter for us and the location is central in Uluwatu. Sun beds are very comfortable as well. Big fan of this hotel!!!!

Such a unique space! I stayed in a semi open villa and I absolutely loved the unique architecture, open spaces and especially the hammock. The pool was lovely and the staff were friendly

One of the criteria for selecting accom was the daily yoga classes but I was informed the classes weren't running when I got there. More from a preference standpoint rather than anything wrong with the place, but note that most of the semi open villas have lizards living in them. I could hear the two in mine calling out all night. They didn't come downstairs at all so I could avoid them but just something to note. The restaurant onsite is vegetarian and doesn't serve alcohol as an fyi. There are restaurants just a 5 min scooter away though.

This is the spot in Uluwatu! We loved our stay at Le Bamboo Bali. Beautiful place, friendly staff and great location! We had a late check in, and they were there waiting for us and showed us around. The room is exceptionally nice and comfortable, and very clean, including bathroom. The food and juices/smoothies from the restaurant are so delicious! We will definitely be back. Makasih!
