The location was great for exploring Uluwatu and short 2 min walk to padang padang beach. The views from the hotel / infinity pool were just stunning. Great to watch all the surfers and sunset. The staff were incredibly courteous and happy to help with any enquires. They use whats app to communicate with guests. Food and drinks were great and we got a free room upgrade which was a nice treat. They also have cars so can easily take you to local restaurants/ beaches / Airport (for a fee) Dany was extremely helpful during our stay and even offered to help sort my onward ferry travel. There were quite a few solo travellers, so nice to meet new people. Guests ranged from groups, couples and families. Although not too many kids.

Although I appreciate the sustainability ethos of the hotel the bed air conditioning could be cooler, I did feel a little too warm in the evenings. There is no mirror in the actual room, so trying to do hair and make up in the outside bathroom was very uncomfortable. More lighting in the room would also be useful.

Amazing view, great food and incredible service. Located perfectly between Padang Padang and Bingin Beach. Would definitely come back, I barely left the hotel it was all so good

The location is amazing - so central to so much. Lovely quiet grounds & very comfortable bed.

The villa's are a little pokey as you only have a queen bed & bathroom - no area to store luggage/sit indoors so go a larger room if you can. Some meshing in the roof top of the bathroom would be ideal so you don't have to pack up your toiletries each time due to monkey's jumping in and taking items. And shame you can't just sit & relax the balcony with villla doors open due to the monkey's. To get service by the pool was challenging at times as well - you really have to get the staff's attention to get a drink or order food.

Everything! From the ease of getting picked up from airport, the friendly staff and that amazing view- it doesn’t get better than this . Suarga is such a beautiful place and sits like you’re on top of the world. We stayed 4 nights as our first leg of our bali honeymoon and couldn’t be happier. Room booked - Wantilan 6- best view of Padang Padang wave and beach. The room is very comfortable, especially with the AC bed (I need one of these at home!). Close to shops and resto . Recommending to anyone / kid friendly too .

Location was great and the view was amazing. Pool was beautiful. Room was nicely decorated and staff were very polite.

The air conditioning set up over the beds meant that unless we were in bed we couldn’t escape the heat. Cocktails were overpriced for the area. Didn’t feel the surfboard room was secure.

Property, grounds, location, decor, facilities, bar, restaurant and staff all faultless. Started and ended a two week trip to Bali here at Suarga and on arriving back at the end it felt like we’d returned home. A true paradise that we’ll revisit again and again I am sure.

Indoor/outdoor theme made it difficult to keep our room cool. Staff tried their best to boost the AC for us but it did little good — think the AC delivery system needs rethinking.

We had the most wonderful experience at Suarga, from airport arrival to departure. The communication from the team was extraordinary! We had a friendly welcome into Bali from Adeo, he was fantastic with our check in process. Martin our driver, was amazing with our luggage and transpo around the island. The restaurant staff were so friendly, and beyond helpful. The garden personal so friendly and so an amazing job at thsi eco resort. Our bedroom was just amazing amazing. So comfortable, the pillows and bed - spot on! Just phenomenal, comfort to the next level. Angel, Sita, Yni and to all the staff thank you. Highly recommend this eco resort it’s wonderful! The bed was extra comfortable and huge. The villa was in a perfect location to the attractions nearby. Did not book an ocean view room, but the view from common areas was exceptional. Very impressed with the self-sustaining aspect of the villa (solar, no plastic, etc. system). Accommodating of luggage outside on check in hours was great. Assistance from staff was great.

I did not check that there was no TV in the rooms - little disappointed - but not too much Western type food should be better prepared. Felt local food little too bland for my linking but still gave it a try.

Very stylish and classy hotel with a villa system. The Padang padang beach is just underneath the hotel but there is no access from the hotel, you will need to go from a public entry. The territory of the hotel is rather big but they also allow people from outside to come and use the facilities like swimming pool and restaurant and bar. The breakfast was good but not that much choice. The staff was so polite and friendly and ready to help with any request. We had a late check-out and they allowed us to take a shower at the other villa that was not occupied.

A bit overpriced.

Our check in was a smooth process and we were assigned a customer relations adviser. We don't really like this sort of thing but the young man was pleasant and showed us around our room and advised us about the facilities available to us. We had a Vila with ocean view (in my head I had built up a picture of what we were going to get) but we only had glimpses of the ocean from two different angles so were a little disappointed with this. Our room was beautiful and staff had gone to the effort of making special decorations for us. I enjoyed reading about the construction of the hotel and the use of shutters, and beams etc from other buildings. We had a Moonshine dinner on our wedding anniversary and this was exceptional. The little cabin overlooking the ocean was lovely and decorated beautifully. My only complaint about the meal is that both me and my husband had to order the same menu. I'm a vegetarian and my husband is a meat eater, so this didn't go down well. We didn't see any monkeys whilst we were there but were warned what to do if we felt threatened at any time.
