This house is simply divine. It has all the perks you could wish for. The staff is extremely friendly, the breakfast is yummy, the beds are comfy and the house is located in a beautiful garden. It is also located conveniently to discover Uluwatu. It isn't cheap, however, it is worth every penny. Also loved the occasional visit of the lizard. What a beauty! The house is great for 2 adults and three older children (20, 17 and 14) like us or 3 couples (and then you will have to toss who gets the master bedroom upstairs). It has one master bedroom and two seperated bungalows with their own outdoor bathrooms.

The villa is breath-taking when you first enter. It's spacious and inviting! The hosts are wonderful - beautiful breakfast cooked daily at a time of your choice (nothing is too much trouble for them), villa cleaned daily, garden & pool maintained daily. Villa host organised us drivers when needed, a doctor for our youngest child one day & organised any trips we wanted to take (much cheaper also than going through websites yourself). The villa has everything you need, fresh filtered water, appliances, air-con, plenty of areas to relax both outdoors and indoors. The location is great! Walking distance to a beach, cliff for sunsets, shops, restaurants etc.

Breakfast each morning was incredible, the staff were amazing and accommodating nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic location close walking distance to cafes and amenities. Beach access requires a lot of stairs but worth it

We thought we'd died and gone to heaven when we walked in Villa Kaaiti. It was bigger and more beautiful than expected, the photo's don't do it justice! The layout of the property is perfect for quiet relaxation or sitting around together, and has everything you need. The Housekeeping girls were fabulous and great at their job and we have to say that we miss their breakfasts already. The Banana Pancakes and the Omelette were just delicious and family favourites!! There's not many restaurants around by The Cashew Tree just at the end of the street is fabulous!

The property needs some TLC as there's a few things broken / not working but this didn't dampen our holiday at all. The only issue for me was that the bed was way too firm and not enjoyable to sleep on at all. Softer pillows would also be great.

not much except gheckos coming through the roof & window gaps. The tranquility spoiled a little at night by neighbouring parties but not the property. Perhaps better & glazed windows would shut out gheckos & neighbours noise

Great location able to walk to a lot of cashews and restaurants. Perfect for 3 families. Wifi connection was great, Breakfast cooked in the morning was fantastic and staff all lovely

There was a night club around the corner and two nights out of our stay,the music was extremely loud.

Phenomenal villa, wish we stayed longer. Would 100% go back Villa is amazing and in the perfect location
