We love all the outdoor facility, more than one pools and great area for exercise, the garden also beautiful. There are also kid’s bicycle to play with for free, kids are so happy

- We come after 2 pm but we still have to wait more than 30 minutes for the room to be ready - one of the restaurant staff for breakfast was very rude, she insist that we exceeding the number of people and after we clarify and she is proven wrong, she didnt even say sorry/apology

Google maps with location from booking description was on the different location, luckly our driver knew the hotel and delivered us to the correct location at the receiption employees had a bad Englishk knowledge

The cleanliness and staff attitude are superb! this actually an old hotel, yet their service is above expectation. Room cleanliness made our day (super clean. I have informed them that my kids are allergic to dust and they did clean the room thoroughly). The staff even open their shoes when they made up the extra bed. We also love the welcome cake and complete breakfast (although we had breakfast at 9.40 am). All staffs are polite and informative.

flood in bathroom floor could be fixed. old towels and water kettle could be replaced.

The hotel is quiet old but the room is huge, clear and comfortable. I got a price of Rp 550,000 including breakfast for 2 person. With this price, there's nothing to complain about. I am satisfied with the service, the breakfast also has many variations. Overall I am satisfied and will come back here.

The hotel is quite old. Need more quietness because we can hear the sound from the next door.

- ordered a Deluxe room for 3 nights, but somehow all deluxe room is all full, given a junior suite instead. awesome. - room, bed, sofa, bathroom clean. - nice garden. - friendly staff.

- wifi oftenly got disconnected, and the speed wasn't enough for a video meeting.

Cleanliness Range of facilities

The room wasn't ready at 3pm when me and my friends checking in. . The didn't add my daily water, because i dont drink.. weather i drink or not, its supposed to be keep on added. . They forgot to place clean towel at my room, so i had to call the room service at 11pm, they said it was because of lack of staff and fully load occupancy.

They have balcony and bathtub; it is a plus point considering the price. The lobby was awesome.

Unlike at other hotels, the staffs could not help you with the Grab/Gojek order. The Grab/Gojek must wait for the customer to pick up the things outside the lobby. The room is not that clean. They may improve the cleanliness.

The facilities for children and for play are good. The staffs are really friendly and helpful.

The room can be more modernized.

The Hotel were country-style. All the staff were really really so friendly & very helpful. Felt like on grand ma's house hehe. The garden view were very nice. Hopefully we can go to there someday later yaa 😊

The Hotel Location near to Airport so it is a bit far from downtown. Took room only so Never tried breakfast menu. But still can try soon, on next business trip there
