Everything there was beyond and above the expectations, was WOWWWWWWWWW!!!! The hotel seems a 10 stars hotel and not a 5 stars one, the staff were excellent, Nadine, the receptionist was marvelous and super friendly and helpful, Agiad, the receptionist too was magnificent and super friendly and helpful, Arshad was extremely helpful, all the staff were friendly and helpful, and they deserve great promotion, the one bedroom apartment was like a heaven for our staying, the family loved it and enjoyed it to the best, the food quality was amazing, and the rest of other facilities were excellent, we are planing to come back, it is worth every money spend there, well done Divan!!!!!

Location was the best and amazing city view. The most I want to thank Mr Raad I was shocked when he started welcoming me in Turkish language that made feel comfortable. He can speak also Arabic English. From housekeeping I want to thank Mr Arsha and Mr Anas for best service. Hotel staff are so friendly. I loved sushi bar in 21st floor the sushi was delicious. I enjoyed my sushi night with amazing city view. Thank you Hotel Divan for unforgettable stay in Erbil with you. Hope to see you soon.

First of all the stuff of the hotel is absolutely amazing from start to end. Their support and hospitality was above my expectations. I have experienced many situations along my trips, but the stuff from the Divan Hotel was the best experience I had so far. Thank you all, especially to Arshad, Nadine, Rima, Kaywan and James.

This is the best hotel in Erbil!!! I visited it's competition: The Rotana, but The Divan outshines any other hotel in the city. As you enter, the lobby is similar to the hotels in Las Vegas, with marble floors and a huge chandelier. The employees are also great! I must state the following staff who gave me exceptional service: Fayz, Bellman: Ardalan, Karzan. They really took great care of me during my stay at the Divan. Also Miss Moony was outstanding! Always following up on my flight reservations with the travel agency next door to the hotel. Bottom line, if you're going to stay in Erbil, The Hotel Divan is the "BEST!!!!" Cannot go wrong here. I would recommend and would gladly return to this establishment

The hotel was quite good, offering a pleasant experience overall. The staff was amiable and accommodating. Surprisingly, I found the room dining experience notably superior to the restaurant experience. Moreover, the hotel has a lovely area where you can relax and enjoy your meals comfortably.

I did have the Buffet Breakfast, it was good, the food was presented well, hot, and appetizing. I sat outside and enjoyed the green area offered to guests. The room was quite comfortable. WiFi worked flawlessly. The location was centralized for my needs. A very nice experience. My first time at the hotel, and will stay again on any future trips to Erbil.

the ladies in breakfast… they make you feel guilty when you ask for any simple support although I am very polite with all people. but the men were supportive. I hope my comment bring their attention to be good in general.

I absolutely love the atmosphere here. People here are everything. The quality of service and food is outstanding. This is my third or fourth time staying at Divan and I love it with all my heart. Few of my favorite people including Arsnad Mais Kaywan! Amazing vibe!!
