We loved our stay here, it had very friendly staff and the manager Gerry treated us like old friends and simply could not do enough he had our room cleaned first so we could get in before heading off to Slane to see Harry Styles and for one of our party to return next day to the airport. The family room was huge with two very comfy king beds and a very comfy full single bed. He also gave us details to get back in on return. He rustled up food for the five of us even though it was between breakfast and lunch and regaled us with funny stories. The pool was super and not crowded at 10am and the girls was loathe to leave. The location is so quiet, no noise at all. I would like to try the spa next time as it looked lovely.

Exceptionally friendly staff who were attentive and pleased to facilitate all requests. Food in the restaurant was of a really good standard and most enjoyable. The beds were comfortable. The location for the airport is great.

The Spa facilities could have been fully working and a little warmer (although it was a very dismal day). Even by Dublin standards it is somewhat expensive. Limited opening times of restaurant and bar on a Sunday.

The staff were very very friendly and welcoming and also quick to respond to messages that I sent via booking.com The booking came with a simple but more than sufficient continuental breakfast of cereal, toast, tea, fruit and yoghurt. There is a lovely small pool. To go to the pool you need to 'book'. This involved going to reception and them telling you when the next slot was. The pool is small but very nice. There were 4 people in total using it (including me) when I was there. A taxi using the Free Now app cost approx 40 euros from Dublin city centre. A taxi to the airport was approx 20 euros and the hotel arranged that for me. This is not a fancy hotel but if (like me) you like a really nice, clean, friendly hotel then this will be perfect for you.

I like a cup of tea in bed and there was no kettle in the room (this is a minor point as it just meant I had to get up and have a pot of tea that was filled up until I'd had enough!)

Came here last week for my sons communion. Loved everything about this place. Staff couldn't have been more accommodating. My kids were delighted with the pool and the spa area is just amazing. I will definitely be back with friends for spa experience and with my partner for romantic night away. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Have absolutely no complaints whatsoever

Hotel is extremely well located near the main roads into Dublin,the West and North. Very near to the Port and Airport. It is in a quiet off road location. My room was very big as was the bathroom. Very clean and well supplied with towels and toiletries. I did not use the spa or breakfast area.

No tea/coffee in room although stated there would be on booking. The shower was scalding hot and I couldn't adjust the temperature lower. Apart from that this is a great place to stay

Absolutely everything! From the atmosphere, to the warmth and inviting feeling, to the cuisine, the music, the amenities, the secret Spa, pool, Salon and incredible quaint gathing areas in The Whiskey Room or Gin Room. Most of all...its about the people making a difference. The proprietors, Gerry and Annie are passionate about the establishment and it truly shows with their friendly, client first mentality, meeting every need above and beyond! Truly, an excellent experience and exceeding all expectations!

Warm welcome, taxi arranged for us, we were so well looked after.

We were more than surprised that tea for two and two toasted ham and cheese sandwiches without any side salad/chips etc cost €24.

The hotel is beautiful and a perfect distance from the airport. I plan on staying here every year with my family. The staff were wonderful and very engaging.

It was a great place we were greeted kindly by staff and the facilities were amazing the breakfast was great and the spa and pool was such a great spot to relax

We had problems with opening the doors with the keys im not sure if that was our fault or if the doors were faulty.
