The owner was very responsive and thoughtful. He even provided a phone that could be used for local phone calls and had data as well. He also left a souvenir for me as well which was very welcoming and heart warming. The kitchenette was very useful, air conditioner and water boiler worked perfectly.

The appliances and kitchen sink and faucet were oxidized and old. The towel used in the bathroom on the floor was dirty and had step marks when I entered the house. The iron provided was not clean and caught on my garments couple of times when I was ironing them. Dishes provided were not clean and had food stains on them. I had to wash them again.

Their whole reservation to management and cleaning person were far beyond carrying and supporting. They were extremely kind, and quick to resoond to our questions and needs and always resolved everything quickly and professionally. I highly and enthusiastically recommend them. No matter how much I rave about their exceptional service it is still not adequate. they were AWESOME!!!!

The staff are the nicest, most accommodating people there could be. Super friendly. We got a free upgrade to the largest room in the building because the staff noticed we were travelling with two little kids. The room was also large, spacious and clean.

The bathroom was rather old and could have used a renovation. This was the major downside to the facility.

Location is good especially for Baha'i Pilgrims. Facilities are excellent for a long stay. Basics are all covered. Grocery on the opposite side of the road is good and provides for your day to day needs.

Great location in downtown Haifa. Impeccably clean apartment. Interaction with the management via whatsapp was very good. They graciously upgraded my apartment to one with a jacuzzi, and after a long day in Haifa's hot weather the jacuzzi is a bliss ! There are other small touches showing attention to detail : a courtesy smartphone for local calls and data, a surprise gift... I really felt welcome .

the location is very convenient, very close to Baha’i Gardens and Ben Gurion street with lots of good restaurants. Host is very kind and responsive. They tried their best to accommodate our requests. great place to stay.

I have been staying at G38 for more than two weeks in October. It was very convenient. The room/apartment has everything one needs, and nobody disturbed me. Location is convenient, in a quite place, bus stops and a supermarket are nearby, lots of cafes are also very close, 20 min to the nearest beach.

Excellent location for my purposes, also with the German Colony close by ; Communication is very well done to accommodate requests; WIFI was somewhat unstable in my room on different cell phones, but the offered cellphone with an amount of free data more than compensated for that (in particular, given the alternative of absurd roaming costs).

The location is great. Just near the German neighborhood. Check in is automatic, very easy, which means that you do not need to worry about arriving time. The host is always available to solve problems and help with questions. They have a phone with data free to use, which is quite nice. Totally recomended.
