Very green and well-maintained territory. Beautiful greenery, lawns, and zones for rest! A lot of birds on the territory. All spotless clean. Very spacious room, comfy bathtub. Quite and beautiful view from the room. Big clean swimming pool, nice spa.

The king size bed is, in fact, two mattresses put together under one king-size sheet. There is no real restaurant, working after 18.00. At least, Saturday night. You can order snacks or “food” at the bar, but, practically, the menu they offer reminds more of a pizza-pasta place. The veggies I ordered were not fresh. It didn’t spoil our vacation, but it is not smth you normally expect in an expensive hotel. The breakfast was very good though.

Breakfast and Dinner were both excellent, good variety, not too spicy, we sat in the Sukkah, plenty of room, comfortable, our room was a nice room, our daughter and son-in-law in the next room had an even bigger room, bed and bathroom were good size and comfortable,

a bit more and larger soap in bathroom, some of the meat dishes are very good WITHOUT the onions, mushrooms, garlic, etc, chef should let us put on what we want,

The room was quiet as requested with a nice welcome gift( special case of nuts) and wine. A huge bathtub in the middle of bathroom is something you don't see in every hotel! Options for dinner were great and the Breakfast buffet was also great ! The greenness between the building is also special!

Nothin, except that I was surprised to find out that beverages were not included at dinner.

The views, the food, the service, the location were just perfect.

Instead of one large mattress for a couple they gave us two mattresses combined together to make one large bed and it was very uncomfortable doring the night and for the price... its just a big bummer and a big minus to the overall score...other than that everything was great

Really nice and high quality place. Good service. Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner, a very large swimming pool, an amazing garden and a small reading room containing wonderful books and pictures about the history of Israel and that of the old kibbutz.

1) We have booked a big room for three adults, just to avoid to book two, since we travelled with a relative. We got an additional bed in the same room, with no privacy. The price could justify a small suite instead. 2) The coffee is served in paper cups in the tearoom. It doesn't fit with the beauty and elegance of the lounge.

The view, location and quality of interior

The bed was built from 2 combined single beds and it had wood in the middle and the mattress was not comfortable for me. The ventilation system in the restroom didn't work so there was stale water from the shower and smell

Great location to explore the Golan Heights. Plentiful buffet for breakfast and dinner. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and very well maintained.

Poor lighting in the rooms - with dark floors and dark furniture, the yellowish dim lights were just not helpful. Brightening the place up could make the room a lot more cheerful. Also a few water fillers on the grounds of the hotel would really help, as you need to keep very well hydrated in the summer.

Great location, walking distance to the Jordan river and the Bloom Kayaks facility. Strategically close to many attractions in the north of the country.

We were greeted by an unfriendly receptionist upon arrival which was disappointing but other than that all went well.

Kfar Blum is a series of buildings spread over a green campus. Our rooms were on the second floor, walk up. The facilities were modern, clean and the rooms were very spacious. A highlight was the impressive breakfast spread - it would take a week to try everything there.

Amazingly kept grounds, great location, large room, shower and bath option, accessible and suitable for elderly person. Breakfast was great except no good coffee on Saturday which is ridiculous as the staff are all Druze
