no smart tvs in room for when u want to do something after dinner (when you've already done the astronomy night tour) yoga room was filthy and smelly gift shop should be minimalist and beautifully displayed. instead this looked like a warehouse closet. room service menu wasn't complete. only listed dairy items and you have to call room service to hear what meat items they offer.

What a beautiful place. It exceeded my expectations. Beautiful location and scenery. Guests are treated like royalty by the staff. The buildings are all spread out, so the feeling is that everyone has their own space, not all crammed up in one building. Amazing views - from any place inside or outside of the buildings. Breakfast is a WOW - the best in our lives (and we are very picky!). The pools are great and not overcrowded. At one point we had the indoor pool and a jacuzzi to ourselves. In the evening, there was live music and the fireplace inside the restaurant - we enjoyed it very much. Checkout is at 12 pm which is very generous!

All was more than just likeable. We loved it! Great service everywhere: in the restaurant, bar, pool, lobby, clean and spacious - it's a great place! The restaurant was fantastic, especially when you compare price/value. It's not fine dining and it's not intended to be, which is completely fine. The buffet is great with an enormous selection of salads and small plates, fruits and vegetables and many many other nicely prepared small plates. Excellent experience. The main dishes are also very good and I must point out the great service from everyone we received in the restaurant - great team! The pool area is great too. Many places, small or big areas to chose from and the hotel rooms balconies or patios are a great spot to relax as well. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a small apartment feel. Very clean and well maintained. Around the hotel there is also plenty to do with many lookout points and stargazing areas. Easy to find and easy to walk back to the hotel. We have met several couples that have come back to this place and had only good things to say about the place.

The location is magnificent. Best view of the crater. The decoration of the room is amazing. The place and the room is shiny and clean. The room is cozy and the bed is comfortable.. We would like to say thanks to Ruthy from the hotel's PR staff for her great service, kindness and caring. Unfortunately she is probably the only staff member that knows how to give service in this property.

The big problem with this hotel is its service. Most service personnel have absolutely no idea what client service looks like. It is as if the staff lacks the muscles in their face to smile... In some cases the staff was rude and unpleasant. The dinner buffet was excellent but the main course wasn't edible and way over priced.

The breakfast was good, but the dinner was terrific!!!! It is a la carte menu with a rich buffet as well. The specials changed every evening. The staff was hospitable and kind. The rooms are big, and to be honest, I am happy I didn't book the room with a private pool as the pool is not private. Everyone that passes it can see you, and eventually, you want to be in the pool in front of the beautiful Makhtesh Ramon. And if you already take the room with the pool, please note that people from the dining room can see you, so ask for the upper rooms that are more private, but I think that the view from there is less. But the whole experience is amazing!!!!!!

It was perfection and we got rooms right next to each other like I asked for with a partial view of the crater which was a total surprise and the rooms were in the most convenient location. The food was outstanding. The staff are the best and the managers always asked how you were enjoying the resort. This resort is on point with service from all of the staff. Already planing to come back. It's a must if you come to Israel.

There was nothing I didn't like it was perfect.

The hotel itself is very beautiful with wonderful artwork and clean facilities and a good heated pool.

very difficult to walk along the pavements between the rooms and the lobby of the hotel, very uncomfortable pavements for walking, and my wife, walking in heels, tripped there twice. In addition, they put us in a room a few meters in front of the Israel Trail and the ascent to the bridge, which connects the hotel with the visitor center. It was supposed to be a room for a couple, isolated and allowing privacy, and in practice - dozens of people were walking around there, talking loudly right at the back entrance to the room, and it was really unpleasant. It was impossible, at certain hours, to be outside and enjoy privacy. And it's a very expensive room, which I paid for because it has a pool and is supposed to allow privacy

The waitress , Ofri (if i'm not wrong) was super nice and helpful and it really made us feel welcome. The lady in spa - Noa - masseuse - did an amazing job. The premises were clean and lovely. The property design is amazing. Bell boys were helpful too. We felt safe and taken care of. We were taken care of and at the same time nobody bothered us - we felt like at home, a very special feeling.

The charges for drinks - maybe the first drink should be included in the price of dinner and the following - at a charge. Other than that - everything was amazing!

In general the hotel where we spent three nights this October the second time since 2017 is very lovely but there are some items that are to be mentioned: Although the personal is really very friendly and very helpful (my husband is disabled) the service in the restaurant must be improved - it´s really a pity...There are only some waitors/waitresses who understand English and in spite of the tablet computers they always carry with them there is much confusion in bringing the beverages/food to the appropiate tables. That concerns breakfast as well as dinner. Besides that there is no sign of sustainability in the hotel - as nice as that may be for the guests - but I´d like to know what happens with all the food rests and why it must be that there is a permanent removing and washing of towels (rooms and pool) - we are in a desert! For me this is an anachronistic abundance and I´m sure that the Isrotel Collection can do it better. In spite of all this we are really fans of this wonderful hotel with this incredible view into the Ramon Crater from the large infinity pool, the wonderful plunge pool villas and the fantastic food - and hope to come back again.

This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Israel. It is a luxury escape. The facilities were first class. The staff professional and service was excellent. The food was very good and there was a good variety at the buffet breakfast and dinner. The view from our room, the pool and the restaurants was incredible.

There should be a greater variety of food and snacks for poolside dining.
