Staff were super nice Kids loved the horses and the "happy hour" Large rooms, nice balcony. Beautiful views Very well maintained We had a jacuzzi in the room ( which was more a hassle with the kids than an advantage). The breakfast is nice.

Suite 19 is not marked clearly there is a sign on the inside of the house, not outside. Which made it hard to find at check in There are steps going up to the suite, which were not mentioned the facilities are far (about a 10 minute walk to breakfast or the pool) so we had to take the car each time. The door to the balcony is hard to shut and needs to be fixed Also, there were ants in the kitchen area who claimed our m&Ms Ice cream in the pool is way overpriced- 17 shekel for one that's outrageous. Putting a sign with (overpriced) ice cream in front of kids eyes is not cool.

We love it here, we come back every year! The atmosphere, the people, we find it quiet, we get privacy (we've stayed at all sort of rooms). It's true that the cabins were a little run down but this year it was bought by another group and we saw they did some upgrades, new doors, new couches, new outdoor furniture, it was nice. The beds were always (and still are) amazing! It's clean and service is nice and responsive when needed. Every cabin has a nice porch, most with nice views of the kinneret, we really enjoy time out there also and barbecuing. The pool is great, the water is always at the right (cold) temperature to fight the heat outside and it's partly shaded which is a big plus for us so we can stay a long time in the water without being exposed to the sun. Breakfast is now included in the booking and it's temporarily served in the rooms and I have to say it was great, with variety, tasty and generous. It was also nice not having to leave the room (but I understand it's going back to buffet soon). They also have stables and you can book horse rides (we've done it previous years and it was great! This year it was too hot) It's also only a 10 min ride from rosh pina that has plenty of restaurants, shops and grocery stores which is very convenient. It's our go to place for a nice, relaxing break surrounded by nature!

Wonderful view of the Sea of Galilee and Golan Heights, the room is comfortable with a fire place and outdoor grill, picnic table, hammock and even Nespresso coffee machine and even fresh milk in the refrigerator.

It’s our second time here, last time was in 2018, and it is about time to renovate the place, it’s old and doesn’t look very nice.

The location is beautiful, we had a great view from the garden and the jacuzzi. The restaurant is great as well, breakfast didn't have a lot of options but it was pretty good. Beds are medium.

The staff at the reception for the check in were not polite or nice, that's not a way to welcome a guest who pays a decent amount of money. Other than that the jacuzzi wasn't very clean

View, spacious one-bedroom bungalow, bed size and comfort, very well located, cleanliness of surroundings, calm and peaceful, local restaurant, hearty breakfast

Imposed breakfast menu (but we understood it was temporary), lack of tea towels in the kitchen, restaurant too much sophisticated for us (we would have preferred a more family type), swimming pool closing at 6:00pm (when we are back from sightseeing)

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful, great little basic cabins and cottages with very comfortable beds and space to relax, have bbqs and be outdoors. Like camping, but inside! Easy walk to the restaurant and the facilities.

Wifi is pretty patchy in the cottages. Could do with more plates, utensils and cooking gear in the cottages.

as advertised and expected. Clean and comfortable rooms with exceptionally good location within the complex, including a very private environment and a great view of the Kineret in the distance..... that was extremely helpful and positively contributed to our experience. Easy access to parking, warm and helpful staff, nice breakfast. We did not avail ourselves of the horse-riding services.

Breakfast at Tibi's was fantastic; dinner very good. The pool was a tremendous pleasure.

Please take this seriously. The lighting of the grounds is terrible. Lights are far too bright and glare in your eyes everywhere you walk. We could not even sit on the porch at Rm. 6 because of an intense light directly facing us. A pleasant evening walk is impossible. The lighting around the stables is particularly awful. This is not security lighting--it is anti-security lighting because dangerous people can make themselves invisible simply by standing behind any light. You are also wasting money and committing light pollution. You need an up-to-date lighting expert to advise you on placement, wavelengths, strength, security, etc. He or she will advise full-cutoff lighting so guests can see the stars. Doing this will be a win-win for you and the guests.

good breakfast, very nice zimmer with jacuzzi, clean air, horse farm nearby, everything was nice. Recommend!

everything was perfect. Maybe wooden floor or floor carpets would make it even prettier, otherwise great and highly recommended place.
