We were in the penthouse and it was luxurious with amazing balcony. The flat itself is a very good size and very comfortable with an en suite bathroom (good shower) and an extra toilet. This was our second time of staying at BYA (we were in a smaller apartment last time) because we prefer self catering and also the location is unbeatable, for restaurants, cafes, shops, the beach, Tel Aviv ‘port’ and so much more. There wasn’t any work going on in the road during our stay so it was very quiet.

We felt the floor needed a wash! The kitchen is very small with few items (no toaster or coffee machine). Pillows were very soft.

The room was nice with everything we needed. Very centrally and convenient location. Staff was overall professional and helpful. We will definitely be back.

The only reason we are not giving a 10 rating is the problem with the shower. The floor is slick as ice and the moment I stepped into it I fell and hurt myself quite bad. This is the one and only complaint we have.

Nice and clean apartment much bigger then you will have at the hotel paying the same price. everything is here even cookware kettle, microwave,small electric stove. important thing that apartment has exceptional soundproofed windows with black out option.You will sleep well 😴

No any ventilation above the stove we couldn’t cook something like fish or meat avoiding strong smell at the apparent. but it wasn’t a big issue. it was a lot of reconstruction at surrounding buildings which makes a lot of noise…

Everything was excellent. Very good position, in a good area, with very civilized, quality surroundings, close to the beach, close to restaurants and everything to visit. The hosts are elegant, discreet, benevolent. With attention and professionalism. The information was effectively structured and useful. We were very pleasantly impressed. We got a room upgrade. We were helped with our luggage before check-in. The decor of the rooms is modern, interesting and very inspiring. The room was very clean and the kitchen facilities were excellent.

Very good location, many attractions are nearby. A clean room with almost everything you need. Friendly staff ready to help.

Ben Yehuda Street is under reconstruction, so it's not so easy to get into the building, besides, workers can start their work early in the morning and stop it late at night, so you have the opportunity to listen to jackhammers. There was no hair dryer in the room o_O In winter, the volume of the hot water tank isn’t enough for a shower for two. The elevator in the building is very slow, so it’s easier to use the stairs.

very centrally located, we got a free upgrade, free sweets, everything is very clean, super friendly reception. Just ok for a night or two if the price is right.

just in front of the construction site. you can’t park next to the place. the apartments are positioned as a four star property, but don”t expect anything beyond basic. There was no switch for bedside lamps, there was no walk in shower, the beds are narrow. The view from the room… well, there was no view. There was a step on the way to the bedroom. don’t think it’s safe.

The place is ideally located and can be well accessed from the beach and also towards the city center. You can get a taxi easily, though now some work is going on which might last another two years. But is definitely a peaceful neighborhood and has some good restaurant options.

The place is now in the midst of construction but for me it didn't matter as it didn't affect me as I was familiar with the neighborhood from my previous visit.

This place has very high quality, clean apartments, kind and helpful personnel. Price to quality ratio is extremely good. Small kitchen and useful features are included which is a big advantage during recent stay in Israel. Localisation is also perfect - a few minutes walk and You are by the sea. Nice concept of hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Great location with lots of reataurants and bars around. Nice touch with complimentary coffee,tea and water. Main bed was confortable.

Overall we had a nice stay, however there are some items that can be improved, for a great experience. As advertised, there are works on the street that makes extremly noisy the stay. The armchaim that transformed into a bed was not confortable at all. I consider it is high time to change it. The shower cabin was leacking water when showering. Although the entire price was paod we were told that it was not and we needed to pay more, but in the end it turned out to be a misunderstanding from the receptionist.

Great location only 5 mins to the beach & Dizengoff. Road is quiet as closed currently to traffic. Penthouse has enormous terrace on both sides, 2 single sofa beds & 2 toilets. Nice retro decor.

Small things…Shower needs some attention (lose cable), Netflix didn’t connect. V basic soap quality
