Everything! Especially the front desk Olga and Shaoval who have been so nice in this difficult moment. The place is so pretty, very central, perfect for visiting and chilling.

The location is very good with Shuk Ha'Carmel and many nice spots nearby. The hotel itself has a lovely design, and we had a comfortable room and bed. Much thought has been into the design and the experience. As an example, all of the room lights can be switched on/off from the bed. The rooftop and pool are also a lot of fun. Most importantly the staff has a can do attitude and is very kind and professional. Special thanks to Olga, Vlada and Arnon who made the stay memorable and that much better.

The door to the bathroom can't be locked.

The pictures don't do justice, the pool is unique to the are with great views of Tel Aviv, cabanas and great service. The room design was so refreshing and out of the box. The location is the ultimate one in Tel Aviv. You can reach any part of the city by simply walking. It's located right near the famous Carmel Market which is highly recommend to visit and experience unbelievable foods, drinks and anything you can imagine. There are countless restaurants and coffee shops literally 10 steps away from the entrance which give you an array of taste you don't want to miss. The staff was amazing!!!

We did not receive the room we requested on check-in, but they did move us the next day. The hotels is quite lovely other than an awful smell in the lobby, but the rooms did not smell. The staff is extremely courteous and polite and I would definitely stay there again.

Swimming pool and the rooftop in general. The style of the lobby and the rooms and ours in particular with its round Bauhaus window. Kindness of the staff (and Michaela in particular!). The breakfast (by Café Bierenbaum) ! The top location.

The closing hour of the swimming pool (7pm)…ridiculous as the sun was even not down and it is Tel Aviv where you would like to enjoy it until certainly 9 or 10 pm. The towels which are small, very thin and in sometimes in bad state. The room’s cleaning until we complain by Michaela at the desk with immediate effect!

Poli house is in the perfect location with plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. A short walk to the beach (and a delicious coffee from Chachos en route) made for a daily routine. The staff are amazing! Everyone (and I mean everyone) is super friendly, I can’t name you all and you are all deserving of a shout out, but huge thank you Tamir, Shy & Olga.

There aren’t always enough sun loungers for guests, however there is plenty of seating on the roof top, close to the pool and around the bar area.

Great location, charming hotel, exceptionally friendly staff. My special thanks go to Olga, who was friendly, service-oriented, and open-minded. If you are looking for a place where you can feel the vibes of the city, with good restaurants and cafés, as well as the beach and the Bauhaus White City within walking distance, then there is no better place to stay. The icing on top of a perfect stay is a visit to the cool rooftop bar of the iconic Polo House building, which is a must-see.

The room was good, the pool and the staff were exceptional. The location is very close to the beach with a lot of great food options nearby.

The free breakfast was good but they are in the cafes nearby. We prefer if the breakfast is within the hotel itself.

The room was compact but adequate, the bed was large and comfortable. Could get rid of the mini bar and put in some more storage. Pool area was great, very buzzy. Not really a family pool. Location is very central 10mins walk from beach right next to Markets. Staff were lovely, especially Yoni G, who helped us throughout the stay. Nothing was ever too much for any of them. Bar staff were excellent and super friendly.

I would say they could improve the storage space in the balcony rooms and maybe the breakfast options (4 local cafes are used with vouchers).
