The staff was very accommodating and made sure I have everything I need. The location of the hotel is right in the center of town, close to all the bars and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the spa treatments were great. The hotel bar was a nice addition, with free drinks throughout my stay.

The room doors are not soundproof, so during the day I heard the construction that was happening nearby.

Excellent location, though the parking was a bit hidden. The jacuzzi was fun, and the room was cozy and clean (though not too large). We had an issue with the need to cancel/move our booking due to legit personal circumstances; the initial response was inappropriate, but ultimately, we were offered a reasonable option. I'd happily give it a '9' if the hotel were to provide a more humane and accommodating initial response to our inquiry. The hotel does not have breakfast on site, and the voucher we got was for a very average breakfast not aligned with a top Israeli hotel.

After initially putting us in a room that faced a patio, where people naturally gathered to talk, they were kind enough to change our room to an upper floor, with full privacy. Breakfast was tasty, no-limit wine throughout the stay…overall a great vibe.

There was no room service so if you want to drink more wine or eat your breakfast in the room, you need to pick it up from the lobby.

Location and room were great - very comfortable with all facilities. Coffee room was a nice bonus with sweets etc

Breakfast wasn't in the hotel - it was a short walk away, which wasn't a problem. It was OK but very expensive for what we got. No decaffeinated coffee and nothing sweet - no croissants or anything. Perhaps we are spoiled by the usual Israeli breakfasts but this was very limited and very expensive.

the place was beautifully designed, room was big and clean. staff were super nice and helpful and breakfast and wine was great. definitely recommend and will visit again!

The hotel is intimate. the staff are friendly and helpful. the lounge area has snacks coffee and adult beverage available gratis around the clock. Breakfast is included and available at a small boulangerie down the street. on Saturdays the breakfast comes to the hotel as a generous and fresh package. the location is excellent,a block from the historic area and pedestrian friendly shops and restaurants.

Communication: They were responsive as soon as I placed the reservation, via Whatsapps and text messages. I didn't feel for a second that I didn't know who to speak to about my stay. A+ Location: It was perfect... Right on the same street at the historic מדרכוב (Midrachov - pedestrian walkway). Facilities: Access to the rooms are via front desk or any time via secured smart-card-powered-elevator from the street right to your floor. Amenities were great especially the open free bar. Bathroom had plenty of towels and free slippers. Room included a fridge and Nespresso machine, Smart TV, Samsung central A/C, very soundproof, and all the stuff in the room seemed high-quality, modern and new. Boutique hotels can be a crapshoot in terms of photos-vs-reality, but this place was as clean and nice as the photos described. Food: They don't have their own restaurant so they gave us vouchers to a cafe-retaurant up the street, which turned out to be better because the vouchers worked until noon (usually hotel breakfasts end around 9 or 10). As I said above... unmanned free 24-hr bar, including wine, liquors, fruit, snacks and soft drinks. Price: Not cheap, but the front desk recommended that next time I avoid 3rd-party sites like booking.com and call the place directly to get the best price and availability.

There was a large construction site next door and the jackhammering woke us up before 7am both days we were there. There was no street signage for the hotel, you need to be in touch with them to find the entrance. Or else find them on Waze/maps. The hotel doesn't have a guest parking lot. We found free street parking within 1-2 minute walk of the place.

The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The free wine, beers, liqueur and coffee is a nice bonus!
