Perfect location, across the road from Manila terminal 3

When asking for transportation to airport as had luggage and airport is across a busy road the only recommendation they gave was a service costing 1200 php which was £20gbp just for the taxi to go around a roundabout to the opposite side of the road for the terminal 3 entrance, as you can imagine I did not take this recommendation and instead managed to get a taxi for 150php which was around £2.24gbp.

The foods were excellent except the Sardines fish that was too much and gives you after taste . Most of the people there are from abroad and I don’t think they want that kind of fish esp. with eyes showing. Danggit fish was good. Maybe you could serve more Pork or Chicken tocino or Beef tapa . Please limit your fish dish. Thank you.

Please provide us a transportation (shuttle) bus to and from the Airport as just like before Covid happened.

It says "free airport shuttle" on Booking.com and only close to the arrival date did they inform us that they don't offer the free shuttle anymore (though for the past 2 years, so they could have updated their Booking.com profile). The restaurant closes before 10 PM, which is weak for a hotel near the airport. Room had a slightly funny smell.

Nice amenities such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of bottled water and warm shower with good water pressure! HVAC has good cooling with adjustable thermostat, bed is comfortable and sheets were clean. Breakfast was included for my booking and it was very good with plenty of options for you to pick from. It was buffet style and tables were very nice and chairs comfortable.

It's very easy to hear people from the hallway the doors don't have great sound insulation. The TV is a little difficult to use and operate but I just needed it for some background noise to rest.

The location was good. It's near to airport, shops are near. The staff are so helpful and polite. You will feel comfortable talking to them since they are well trained staff. Big thanks to the management. The breakfast buffet was amazingl! It has a wide variety of food options and taste is great! I love the fresh fruits and vegetable salads.

I have requested for a nice view window, either city or airport view and I was so excited about it but it wasn't granted. I saw windows and buildings.I suggest if that you can send the guest a line that special request is not possible. Thank you.

After a very late notification from our airline our layover in Manila went from 2 hours to 14. So we needed an overnight stay. Decided on Savoy Manila as it was close to the airport. We arrived at Terminal 2 which was about a 15 minute ride. This hotel is directly opposite terminal 3. T2 wasn’t a problem. I sent the hotel a message and they arrange pickup for a pretty reasonable cost. checkin was seamless, rooms were very comfy and clean. We had an very early departure, prior to breakfast being served, so they organised a takeaway breakfast in a box.

The room was quite spacious, and the view from the window was ideal; I can see planes landing at NAIA, and the room is exceptionally spotless. The bathroom was immaculate, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

What I disliked was the lengthy queue for breakfast! This is the longest hotel queue I've ever seen in my life! The first time I had breakfast, I waited nearly an hour, which is absurd! The lane was moving quickly, but there were many people in the queue, so your only option is to expand your breakfast area! Obviously, it cannot accommodate all of the hotel's guests!

Sauna, Pool, Very comfortable bed, free drinking water bottles in the room. Nice room at corner with windows in two directions. Concierge service to assist in getting a Grab/Taxi. Free wifi. Its close to the airport. Nice district.

The actual location is not like in the map. This should be fixed. Just see the real location in google maps. Its a little walk of 5 to 10 minutes from the passageway(brigde from the airport). Steam room was under maintanance. Breakfast room is to small for the ammount of guests. If you not fast enough back at your seat they might seat another guest already. For such a big hotel the Selection of food at the breakfast buffet could be bigger.

Right in front of the airport, so it's a perfect stay if you have a flight soon and want to be in the area. The hotel facilities, in general, are pretty good and the staff was very welcoming and polite. Room service is also good, I arrived at almost 1am at the hotel and was able to use the room service.

Depending on the season you go, the breakfast area might be full (the area is small) so sometimes there is a long line, which means you have to go super early to avoid it. The other thing was that when I did the booking I mentioned that I needed a bus shuttle and it was until much later that they advised the service was outsource and you had to pay extra (I feel the shuttle they offer is too expensive so is better to get a taxi if you have a lot of luggage).

Friendly staff, huge buffet breakfast. Comfortable bed. Within walking distance to shops/salons/restaurants on Newport Blvd. Safe/secure hotel. I've stayed there on numerous occasions.

It's a bit pricey but worth the convenient location near the airport. Breakfast is served early, and it is best to get there by 7:30am. Otherwise, wait in the queue for a table. Hotel could use some ventilation or air freshener to combat musty smell once you take the elevator up to where rooms are located. It feels a bit stuffy with no way to open any windows, and the hotel is several stories high.
