Room was big. Nice to have a sitting area and a kitchen. Hotel was clean and location was close to restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly.

It would have been nice if the staff at the bar told us that the Welcome cocktail is not part of their cocktail menu so instead of using our $30 credit for food, we ended up using this for the drinks.

Wonderful facilities beginning from the reception to the very comfortable room offering magnificent views over the Hollywood hills. Spacious room and nice kitchenette. Wonderful cleaning service who reacted immediately to our request and respected privacy when asked for. Marvelous swimming pool and gym to keep oneself fit. Great localization (near crypto.com arena) and buses nearby, metro station not that far.

Maybe a little improvement could be done over the water leaking on to the floor from the shower ?

The size of the room was excellent. It was such a nice bonus to have an almost full kitchen (minus a true oven, but there was a stove stop). The living room area gave us room to spread out. The free breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly. We arrived earlier than expected and when I went to ask if they could hold our bags, they actually let us check in early. Location was perfect if you are attending something at the convention center or Crypto. It was mabe 10 minutes from my room on the 12th floor to the entrance of the West Hall Convention Center. That includes waiting on the elevator and waiting for traffic lights.

Everything was perfect. Recently renovated so everything still looks good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Stayed for 5 nights and we enjoyed every bit of it. It is close enough to the metro station where you can get on a train that takes you to Universal Studios, Santa Monica, Disneyland etc. I liked the $30 destination fee benefit. It helped us save on some meals. The benefit also covers free beer or wine for two. Hope they can maintain the standard. I will definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved how close this hotel was next to Crypto.com Arena and LA Live. Just a quick walk across the street and you there. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchenette came with everything you would need. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I have been to, and we enjoyed how spacious the dining space was.

The options for the $30 "credit" you get (you use it or lose it) were not that great. We just bought drinks with ours.

The service - we had issues with our keys but the staff sorted it out for us. Then I cut my hand by mistake so they were very helpful with the first aid. Very sweet and friendly staff. Main bed was really nice. So was the shower - good force of water.

Breakfast was very boring and average. Same everyday. With very few options. And the worst part was the sofa bed when opened up - one could just feel the hard coils all through. We booked the room for it but we couldn’t use as a bed and used it only as a couch.

Beautiful room, amazing hotel. The staff was so helpful and I love that security is roaming and even outside at night to make sure guests are safe. The breakfast was delicious, the coffee plentiful. The elevators are no joke, fast, smooth, & quiet.

The pillows are too soft (just a personal preference). And a lightweight throw blanket would be a nice touch. Other than that, no complaints!

Room was clean and comfortable. Room service cleaner was very neat and accommodating.

Break as seen on website as full American was below expectation. Same stuff everyday with limited choices. Service was not good. Looks like understaffed. At least, a cooked omelette is a must in an American breakfast.

I chose the Residence Inn because it was affordable in comparison to other hotels and its closeness to Crypto.com Arena was a huge draw card. I felt safe walking to and from games at night and loved the setup of LA Live during the Holiday Season! A buffet breakfast was provided and it was a great way to load up on energy before a big day of exploring Los Angeles and its surrounds. The room was large, it had a breakfast bar to sit at and included a kitchenette if you wanted to cook your meals. There were enough food options within walking distance if you wanted to eat out. The cafe inside the hotel was also nice and had Starbucks available. The location was also close enough to be affordable via Uber or a Cab to places like Hollywood, Burbank, and other tourist areas. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are attending any events at Crypto.com or anything else near the LA Live precinct.

Not directly related to the hotel, but if you are doing some sightseeing or tours during the day make sure you leave ample time to get back to Crypto.com Arena before a game because the traffic is tricky at times.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The receptionists were great!

The breakfast could offer more fruit options (only banana was available). It is also important to have more training for the valets, so that they treat customers more politely. The parking fee is quite high to have a type of service that you are mistreated and have to wait for 50 minutes to have your car delivered.
