The staff was very friendly. There was a lot of parking available. Room was clean and had nice amenities. The breakfast was delicious. Gym was nice. They have security there at night, which was nice to see. Check in/out was fast and easy. Free coffee, tea, and cookies available. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee houses. If you have a pet, they have a nice grass area to walk your pet. I liked it so much that I made another reservation!

My only complaint was one of the beds was very soft and hurt my back to sleep on. But I was in a two queen room, so I just switched beds and it was fine.

Breakfast was good. Noticing that our room was missing a shower curtain I phoned the office and immediately house keeping came and put a new one on.

TV guide was out dated and needed to be updated. After being frustrated trying to watch a particular TV news program I went to the office and complained. The clerk said “did I try to go through all the channels to find the program I wanted to view??? This did not make me happy. Then she said our manager is aware and has ordered a new TV guide. If after hearing me complain the clerk should have said. I am truly sorry for causing your frustration by not having the guide updated. Our manager is aware and has ordered a new TV guide! Also we asked for a disabled room. It was great except no hand held shower and we had to climb into a tub. I feel the room should have a shower with a handheld shower.

Enjoyed the variety of breakfast selections. All of the staff were pleasant and very eager to satisfy any request. The surroundings around the property were clean and I felt safe since I am a senior that was very important to me.

Maintenance needs to check out the bathroom toilets. The water continued to run after flushing. I had to shake the handle to make it stop.

House cleaners were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and updated since the last time we stayed. Very comfortable! Close to our event we were attending.

Front desk staff could have smiled a little more she seemed a little irritated with the last guest she was assisting. I get it though. All in all friendly staff.

The trash can underneath the garbage liner’s was not clean due cat litter’s & cigarette butt. The carpets had grease stains. The bed mattresses could be replaced. There was stains.

The pool could’ve been warmer. It was too cold. The facilities requires more surveillance please. Yes there’s a security officer present. But I request more CCTV surveillance at the location. We feel safer when there’s more surveillance at the best western Roseville inn parking lot & the exterior.

It was exceptionally quiet for a busy hotel and it had a good area for my service dog to roam and do doggie business. They provide doggie poop bags too. The breakfast was great and well stocked with a variety of nutritious foods and fruits. We were able to eat a solid meal and continue on our journey.

Toilet ran most of the night.

The staff were very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions, and told me about the amenities. The room was very clean and neat, the air conditioner worked great! Even though it backed up to the freeway I had no freeway noine to keep me awake. I will be staying here again later in July.

If the remote control worked every time, we used it Would have higher volume of light fixtures, especially next to sink My sister and I were disappointed that your staff only left one reg. coffee and two decaf packets First regular coffee of the day would have been nice. These are all minor, we loved our stay with Best Western

I requested downstairs because of my dog and was given downstairs.

Anyone and everyone used unlocked pool. People drove in with car loads dropping off small children and taking up parking spaces. Called office for 3 hrs and no one answered

Property, location and the room is good and clean.

Its not what I expected for best western. Other best western that I’ve been always hv this welcoming clean smell sort of a bleach but this one is clean but it has a very strong musty smell
