The property felt safe and friendly. Our room was clean and in good repair. The breakfast room was bright and pleasant with hot waffles and yogurt besides bagels to toast and juice. I appreciated the inside access to our upstairs rooms.

However, I am gluten free, sugar free, and would have appreciated a protein option such as hard boiled eggs. There was no elevator to the 2nd level.

The room was what was needed. The two of us were on a long haul that passed through Grand Forks. It was the right place at the right time with no unwanted surprises.

Because we were leaving early, we missed most of the breakfast. We sort of competed with the staff, taking the food as they were setting it out. That wasn't their fault. We were on a deadline and anxious to be on the way.

Loved the options.. waffles and pancakes. Fruit and muffins with milk and juice.. I loved it!!👍🙂

A couple of Towels were slightly dirty, and floors were needed to be cleaned, but understand it is hard to have enough staff to get the work all done. I work at a hotel so I understand..

It was a really good value. The location. Is the far north saide of town with quick access to the interstate

The housekeeping could be a little better. There was a dirty pair of men's underwear at the foot of the bed.

Cook your own waffles or pancakes along with yogurt, cereal, milk, coffee, tea, juices, toast, peanut butter and jelly. Very good free wifi. About 75 cable tv channels available. Pool was open and very clean. Good Covid protocols in place. Helpful staff. I extended my stay. Hardee's fast food restaurant next door. Gas stations with large convenience store across the street.

Room was very clean, but no toiletries had been left and there were NO hangers on the clothes rack. I arrived at 5 am after a 14 hour train ride so just went to bed and dealt with the missing items after sleeping. Staff was very accommodating and rectified everything right away. They're just getting all rooms reopened after the pandemic. Some lapses are understandable.

This is a basic hotel but offers a lot of value. For budget rates, it has a pool and breakfast and the rooms are a good size. The staff was friendly and even agreed to let me have a late checkout to teach my virtual classes.

Location was great and accessible, room was clean and spacious.

The front desk clerk gave me keys to room 115 and when we went to enter the room we as well as the occupants of the room where surprised to find the room already occupied. Quite embarrassing to say the least.

Could see the outside between wall and heater. My husband found a black bra behind night stand by bed. Floor could of been vacuumed better. I feel we should get a free night in a clean room. And not being able to see outside by heater.room 108stayed Sunday night

When we go there ,he asked us to look at two rooms n we could chose which one we wanted. Very confident ßincr we've stayed so many times with them . Really liked that.

This hotel, although a little dated, is very good value. The hotel isn't that old but does need some updating. Our room was clean and comfortable. Looking at the negative reviews i can't imagine what people are expecting for a $45/night room.
