The hotel staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and the rooms were large and comfortable. There was a leak in the bathroom and the staff was quick to address it and change us to a new room. We inadvertently left our tablet in the first room and noticed it was gone after 2 days. We asked the staff if anyone had turned it in and they were holding it for us in security. That service, and the honesty of the staff, is worth a lot to us when we stay at a location. Definitely recommend this hotel and it's location which is convenient.

Well after a 7 hours drive getting there and finding out our registration/ booking wasn't right and we on the list to even b there,Well needless to say it was very upsetting ,but I think I did very good job about keeping my cool,it wasn't the hotel fault at all,it was totally (booking.com) fault .Mrs Pat did a super and fantastic and outstanding job on accommodating us especially since this was a get away trip for us since my husband have had chemo/ radiation and we needed some much needed R&R

The location & building were nice & I liked that it was pretty close to everything. Especially Truist Park.

The only thing I didn't like & I did not pay attention to when booking is that it is $15 per day for parking. It is just a normal parking lot, not even valet parking in a garage anywhere. This hotel doesn't need to charge for parking, just hand parking passes out to people staying in the hotel if you don't want just anybody parking there.

I liked that it was a decent drive to the places that I needed to go to. The staff was really nice and really helpful. I didn’t have any problems checking in or out. Parking was good.

I didn’t like that the parking pass was added to the room but most of the cars that were there didn’t have a parking pass for overnight stays. The toilet took a while to fill up before you could use it again so you have to wait a while.

Customer service. I’m not really sure what was going on or what happened BUT when we got there to check in there was no one to check us in. There were a lot of people waiting in the lobby and no one knew where the receptionist was. We left and came back maybe an hour or so later and someone was there then BUT she was on the phone and didn’t address us for a while.So about 15 minutes later we finally received her attention but even then she was still on the phone. So to us it was just horrible customer service but outside of that our stay was great. We will return again.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff amazing, the rooms comfortable. It was very clean and well kept.

We didn't use the indoor pool. The pool room and the water were freezing. It is one of those indoor/outdoor split pools. It looks like it would be great in summer, but if you are looking for a winter swim - this isn't the place.

The location of this hotel was perfect. It wasn't far to the water park and not far from the aquarium. The staff was all super friendly and the rooms were all clean and smelled good. The hotel price is very affordable for what you're getting compared to some other places who charge too much.

I do think it is kind of dumb that you have to pay $10 per day per vehicle to park at the hotel you are staying at. Where else are you going to park? Obviously you're going to Park at the hotel you're staying at. That kind of blew my mind that you have to pay to park at a hotel that you are staying at. Paying to stay at. I think this is something that needs to be revised. The price for the breakfast buffet $14.99 per person is a little steep as well.

Facility, location and staff were great!!!

Realize after unpacking and settling in the room that I had no heat. Had to pack back up and move to another room on the other side of the floor. That took a couple of trips to complete because I had went out and got groceries for the room brfore getting settled so I had more stuff to relocate.

Location! Truist Park is 15 min drive/ride. Publix, CVS, Waffle House, and other restaurants and amenities within driving/walking distane. 30 min drive/ride from Airport. Bed was comfortable and room spacious.

Bathroom was small and cramped. Shower was slippery. Connecting rooms can be loud sometimes.

Megan (receptionist) was amazing. She was helpful. The staff was friendly. The room was amazing and huge. The room was quiet. The bed felt amazing. We had the perfect view of the city. It was near many restaurants. You can walk to Waffle House and McDonald’s. My husband was able to go to the lobby, read a book, and not get disturbed. The lobby furniture was very comfy. Go and have an amazing experience!
