Everything. Staff super nice and helpful. Even the lovely man painting the outside of our room was really informative about the area. Clean and a hive of people maintaining the property was reassuring. It’s close to everything without the noise. No resort fee. Parking on site too. Great place

The trip to the Whydam hotel to see a “presentation” in exchange for cheap show tickets. Turned out to be an extreme hard sell for a time share. Sales team were very aggressive so cheap tickets not worth it. I’d pay full price next time

Everything! It’s super close to the iconic places, but at the same time there is no noise and crowds of Strip. The property is nice, clean, modern, and has all supplies needed for a multi-day stay. Parking is free. Hi speed wi-fi is free.

I’d love to have option of breakfast, but at the same time there are many cafes and restaurants just around the corner!

Breakfast not included for the price. Doors was bent in our room so we could not shut it or lock it. Toilet paper holder was broken when got there. The usb ports did not work. Never got room service go out room for new towels

The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The food from the bar was great. The people at the front desk and the bartenders which assisted us were very polite and friendly and interacted well with my son. We'll definitely return soon!

Toward the end of our stay, there were noisy guests that walked in the corridors around 2-3am and talked at the top of their lungs, not caring if they woke up other guests or not. I suppose they forgot they were in Vegas and not back home in the hood.

Great location south of MGM grand and we walked in 110F heat via other casinos all the way to the Venetian and back!. Fantastic staff, clean and large apartments, great pool with shade umbrellas.

We would have stayed a bit longer but the price doubled over the long weekend which is understandable 😉

Rooms are big and everything works great. I just don't remember the last time that I've stayed in a hotel and everything works perfectly. Here we had no problems at all. Besides, it's very, very clean! It is very hard to see hotel towels clean... But here they are! Confy mattress, good shower, stove, microwave, fridge, all working perfect. You can tell easily that maintenance works here... beautiful views, just good vibes... front desk employees are very gentle and kind. Definitely, we will stay here again, no doubt! Thank you, and congratulations, you're rock!!!

Off the strip but close enough to walk/uber very easily. Great rooms with kitchen to prep breakfast/ meals. Air con. Comfy bed. Good shower. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location was great - close to the MGM and the monorail to get to the rest of the strip. Denny's and Steak and Shake within short walking distance as well as food on site. The pool was a great size with plenty of beds and free drinking water also. We made use of the laundry units in our building and appreciated the free detergent from reception. The free filter coffee (regular and decaf) in the room we're much appreciated and made good use of. We used the pull out couch in the living room which was really comfortable and plenty of spare bedding.

The Aircon unit in the room was very old and therefore very loud. For those in the bedroom the air didn't really get in without the door being open and if you have someone in the living room sleeping that doesn't allow for any privacy. For the person sleeping in the living room the Aircon was so loud when the thermostat switched it on that it disturbed sleep.

Upside: I loved the layout of the space. It was so spacious! I loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, etc. And the room came with diah soap, coffee, a full size coffee maker AND blender. Plus dish cleaning supplies and brooms. I was very comfortable.

Downside: The A/C had a screaming, creaking noise anytime it was on. If the bedroom door was closed the air didn't circulate. And I didn't like the low lighting in the corridor outside the rooms. It was creepy.

Fantastic location for a work trip to Las Vegas. NO RESORT FEE. Staff was very polite, parking is really easy, no fussing with a valet. Two stories, easily accessible 2nd floor by elevators. If you are staying a few days, grocery stores and Target are about two miles away. I saved money by grabbing breakfast food and a frozen pizza. Stove, oven, microwave, and full size fridge made everything easy. All the kitchen gadgets you could want, including a blender. If you want casino experiences, Hooters is literally right next door, 90 second walk. And MGM has an entrance about five minutes away.

The computer was down when I arrived, so I couldn't leave my credit card for incidentals. They called me to register a credit card THREE TIMES and by the time I got to the counter, the computer was down again. Also: My room cards quit working TWICE.
