The front desk staff ladies were so friendly! Even though my friend I were visiting for EDC that front desk staff member so was so happy to meet us and check us in. The price was the lowest compared to all the other hotels and I wasn’t expecting much but the the hotel room was so clean and had everything we might need. It really exceeded my expectations. Thank you 🙏

The location is perfect - close to Freemont and the Strip simultaneously (you need to use the local bus). Rooms are good and quite good for a nice sleep (I did not hear any sounds and so on). This is definitely value for money in Las Vegas. I even got the early check-in for free.

Staff did show a feeling of being "not interested". I was a bit disappointed that I could not leave my luggage at the hotel - even for a couple of hours so I could take my final walk in Vegas. Also, the cleaning service did not show one day. I do not know why.

the guy at front was really nice and very helpful the rooms are renovated but they did have a slight smell felt a little humid but over all the price was good

I mean you get what you paid for I didn’t pay much I believe 50 for just one day which isn’t bad but just to get to the rooms it’s so bad and nasty I felt like a homeless man was going to pop out also I had a nasty stain on the bed

I read some bad reviews and i was kinda scared. But when we got there, it was awesome and we loved the location. I just wish there was a restaurant in the hotel but the delivery thing was good anyway so no problem. Oh there should also be a laundrymat lol.

Location and price for a last minute stay in the area was just right.

Cricket in the bathroom but easily addressed. The hot water took forever to heat up. When booking online through a third party site, it stated there would be a continental breakfast. Turns out it was discontinued during COVId and never reinstated.

I always try to chose this hotel when coming here to Las Vegas, it is clean, comfortable and secure.

the parking is not enough and there is a part of the parking when a big car is parked, you can not pass there

We checked in on March 25th for a overnight stay and the guy that was doing the 3pm check ins was very slow with his work was distracted by a bunch of other stuff and people in the office, made us wait until exactly 3pm to check no sooner and still made a lobby full of people wait until close to 3:20 pm before he started checking anyone in. the facility was nice and clean and we loved the other staff but that one staff member in particular was very rude and should not be working the front desk

Well managed. Maintained policies under varying customer circumstances (as far as I surmised my customer circumstances did not vary).I was and continue to be well-accommodated. I did it professional. I find Las Vegas to be so unique compared to over a dozen visited countries, several friendships with International travelers who weigh in on related topics that I offer *zero* negative criticism to how this property runs its show if anyone thinks they can do better just find somewhere and become a worker and see how well you think your ideas would have panned out. I don’t have any and now I wouldn’t even offer any. They know what they’re doing. And we customers get more than we pay for here. I think that line from that movie 300 (with the Spartans), “This is Sparta!” should apply to Vegas. I don’t believe anyone can really know without living here. And you’ll need to be here well over one year to make a dent sounding like something apart from a tourist. It’s just too complicated to “get all reductive” about it. That won’t work - especially because of the impact of the ongoing biology concerns with “pandemic concerns” inspite the debates - just the concern complicates management policy by itself. Thank you for all of the professionalism. You deserve more than two stars overall so I will give you five to help bring that count back to where it belongs, in my humble opinion. The photos are “spot on.” I have been here long enough to have a little credibility for reviewing this property I am confident. -M($)e.

I don’t like that I was on crutches and I couldn’t enjoy some of the attractions the property advertises. The bundles here are attractive to me.

the size and cleanliness of the room were perfect for our week-long stay, we never had trouble getting more towels or with the cleaning staff.

when we first arrived they couldn't find our reservation for the longest time, and the staff was kinda rude. I had asked to be kept in the same room and was assured I would before I got there, but on the last day, they changed my room.

Im worried about our car at first because the parking area doesn't seem to be safe. But when we were about to check-out the next day...we saw a Security Personnel walking around the building.

The room is old... missing ceiling in the bathroom, floors and bed are squeaky.
