I like there is a 24 hour front desk staff available I like the indoor pool I like the location near George Bush and city line in Richardson. I like that you can walk coffee, shops and restaurants from there and it is near Whole Foods CVS and lots of other great little stores and shops, I like the layout of the rooms it is different than most hotels and they’re spacious with plenty of room to spread out and stay a while as well as let kids play. I like their lobby in the open floor plan with the bar and restaurant right there when you walk in

I felt that the property was pretty, and for the most part well taken care of, however, some of the rooms need some TLC, and the cleaning staff I think could be a lot more effective if they would implement and give each cleaner their own electrostatic sprayer to clean every hotel room with every time they provide their cleaning services. I did not like that there was carpet in the hallways because I hate carpet makes me itchy. It gets gross there. Carpet doesn’t look bad but still I just hate carpet. I’m just kind of a clean freak and like hard floors everywhere. But the place overall it’s not dirty per se. It just needs some TLC in a few spots and maybe some new and more effective cleaning tools and techniques implemented.

close to the hospital my daughter is staying at, very comfortable bed.

nobody was at the front desk when I arrived for check in and as a matter of fact another guest had to go attempt to find him. he was EXTREMELY rude, sweating profusely, out of breath and just all around RUDE! I had been traveling more than 3 hours to bring my daughter to her Dr at a hospital here in Dallas l, waited 6hours in the waiting room so I could care less for customer service but his attitude was absolutely horrible. other than having to see him everything else was fantastic.

The beds are comfortable, the size is great, and the bathroom is good. The buffet style breakfast was good, although I liked the menu style breakfast last year better. The pool water was a comfortable temperature, but the pool room temperature could be a little warmer,

I don't like the stationary shower head. I like the movable ones better. It was very difficult to get Black tea pods. I had to request them almost everyday.

Housekeeping had staff with poor work ethics. Also couldn't communicate in English it even attempt sign language. Very frowned faces, they dont provide trash bags so we had ants by the trash. Some receptionists were dismissive. Tiffany the young lady at the front welcomed us very well and made us feel loved!!!amazing

Check in was quick and easy. Beds are amazingly comfortable. Our family probably should of just extended our stay but we didn’t have concrete plans for the timeframe spent in the area. However, returned the very next evening per request of the entire family!

If we HAD to write something bad, I’d express concern about how slippery the shower and pool floors were when wet, more slippery than you’d expect.

We were pleasantly surprised at this hotel. We got a really good price on Booking.com, and when we arrived we were impressed how clean the rooms and facilities were. Everyone was nice, the hotel and rooms smelled nice, and you can tell the room was thoroughly cleaned.

Nice size suite, friendly staff, clean, the staff delivered towels and an extra blanket. There was a bar that closed at 11. Pool stayed open until 10. Outside area

Everything was exceptional except I didn’t get free breakfast, the kids are use to free breakfast

The staff was amazing! We were there for a wedding, Jeremy at the bar was WONDERFUL!! I can't remember the front desk girls name but she was so sweet!

The lounge area and Hotel general lobby was set with outstanding decor of well selected furniture setting pieces and color scenarios. In addition to that, the 24/7 pick up and order stations for food/drink selections and personal upkeeps. Also the charging port stations in the lounge island and sofa space, which was located exactly on the inside of the Material texture. We as guest had the option of USB and/or volt plug connection.

I was not able to get a fitness workout warm up in while I came for wedding business here. The online Google and Microsoft Bing search engine along with an App called “Skiplagged”displayed strong viewpoints from my random search of wanting to book reservation stay and business with The Choice Hotel chain brands.

I loved the open concept, the layout, and look very much...the way it was divided and having a television in each area. I loved the windows because I love allot of sun light. The bed and pillows were amazing, and I love the way the lighting was displayed. It was clean and smelled really nice upon arrival. The staff was very friendly. I loved the surrounding restaurants, and being able to walk around the area. Close enough to other places as well. I truly enjoyed my experience staying here.

The water pressure for the tub was extremely low and took a very long time to fill it. I like the old hitches on the entrance doors, because unfortunately, mine was loose and didn't feel secure.
