A very clean facility and the outside areas of the parking lot. Great location! Friendly and helpful staff! Was immediately greeted upon entry. Special needs room was by the elevator and most convenient! The special needs room was comfortable, and the large bathroom was great! Lots of safety handles and bathroom large enough for wheelchair entry. The breakfast was outstanding! Omelets to order and a huge array of breakfast items. Dining room staff are superb! Friendly, very helpful, and very attentive! Plenty of parking. Our favorite and Best hotel in St. George!

This is Not a complaint but an observation that on 2 separate stays, each special needs rooms are different, in reference to a tub or shower setup. Granted, that's nice in attempts to meet special needs people but with a tub, a tub stool and tub safety handle would be accommodating and offer safety and comfort. Granted, with working in the ADA arena, you've met "reasonable accommodation." Thank you!

Professional and friendly staff! Greeted on arrival and greeted each time walking by the lobby! Very attentive reception staff; especially Sidney who was just super! Breakfast selection was fantastic! Omelets to order was just outstanding among other items as waffles, oatmeal, eggs, bacon, etc. Very clean room and entire facility. Great location close to many services and restaurants. Hot water dispenser and ice water in the lobby is a nice touch! Comfortable bed. Nice amount of outlets for CPAP unit.

The handicap room was great but with a bathtub stool, I'd like to suggest changing the shower head to a handheld shower sprayer. Room 301. The entry door had a gap between the jam and door below the lock, as if the door was once adjusted to function better but the gap allowed hallway light into the room. The door isn't as big an issue as a shower head change.

First of all the staff was very friendly. Everyone we passed said hello or good morning. The breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast. They had multiple hot foods that were of good quality. Bacon, real scrambled eggs and French toast. There was also an omelet station with staff to make custom omelets. There was a cold bar with yogurts, cream cheese and fruit. And a coffee machine to make lattes or cappuccino. Rooms were average for a hotel. Beds were fine and sheets were a bit starchy but the room was clean and hotel was very quiet.

I don't have any complaints about the hotel. I didn't get a chance to check out the pool because we got in too late so I can't comment on the quality of that.

I like the location. It's only 2 minutes away from my meet-up place. The pillows are fluffy, and mattresses are comfortable. I love the microwave to reheat my leftover food from eating outside. There is a fridge for my drinks and a coffee maker. I don't have to walk far to access the elevator; it's right by the entrance to the building. It helped a lot, especially if you have luggage like me. The best part is the real deal breakfast; my favorite bacon and eggs, bread, oatmeal, cream of wheat, pancakes, juices, and fruits, plus coffee.

The bagging of the next-door neighbor can get quite loud and annoying.

Everything was clean, comfortable, unwind hour, food choices were well above normal fare. If my stomach (reacted badly to some food) had been better, would have been even nicer.

Cleaning only by request, through the front desk. did not work. We requested new towels, emptying garbage, new needed toilet paper. When it didn’t happen, my wife went ask asked a worker for those things The worker gave toilet paper, a few towels. In the background a supervisor could be heard saying no no no no!

The location was alright. Next to old town St. George. The breakfast was great. The service was good. We especially appreciated the 5-7 pm Wind Down Hours service with the salad bar and drinks complimentary with the hotel stay! I think we learned to always stay at a Best Western Plus as opposed to just a Best Western. The space in the room was also nice.

There's not really anything to be said that they can change. It's a good hotel, really. The best one we stayed at throughout our trip.

This was a really really nice hotel. The building was VERY well maintained, our room was spacious, and very clean. During our stay which was in the middle of the week, they had a wind-down room with FREE drinks, salad, nacho barn and was an unexpected surprise to us. No charge! Breakfast was awesome. We enjoyed a full hot breakfast and they had everything that one could order at a restaurant. Lastly, the staff was efficient, friendly and very welcoming. We couldn't ask for anything more.

The breakfast was outstanding -- many choices, variety from one day to the next, and even a chef there to make omelets to order! They offered a wind-down social in the early evening, with a salad bar, nachos, soda bar or complimentary glass of beer/wine. There is a wide stairway next to the elevator -- I'd much rather use stairs during hotel stays, and I appreciated this ease of access. The staff at the front desk and in the dining area were all friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the sustainability efforts being made -- there are dispensers for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower rather than those tiny, individual bottles.

The shower water never got really warm. I suppose this is a way to encourage short showers to help conserve water during this drought! I would encourage the cleaning staff to make sure the dispensers for body wash, shampoo and conditioner are filled between guests! The air in the room was super dry. Is this typical of St. George? A humidifier on the heating system would be helpful.

We had the 1 bedroom suite and it was exactly what was needed for what we needed it for. We were in a softball tournament for 6 days and the facility was centralized to locations we need to go to. Having the mini kitchen, laundry facilities and a full breakfast made the stay well worth it.

I found the rug to be a little sticky under my bare feet but this is minor. Swimming pool could have been a little bit bigger for the size of the facility.
