Ms. Naomi at the Front Desk is amazing!! From checking in until I checked out, she was professional, helpful, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Every question I asked, she was able to provide the information I was seeking, especially when I inquired about the best tours to do in one day. I stayed at the hotel twice and I was very happy that upon my return, Ms. Naomi was at the Front Desk. I knew she'd take care of my every need and help me to prepare for my flight back to the US. Thank you again Ms. Naomi and the Front Desk for making both my stays feel like family.

My room could have been colder. But it was manageable.

Its a fairly new hotel so everything is looking fresh. At checkin the lady was very understanding and the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast also offers a good selection to kickstart your day. Overall its a good choice if you need to spend a night in JNB

I had some issues contacting front desk for my shuttle pick up. I had called 5 times but nobody was picking up. Also sent 2 emails but only got a response 3hrs later. Its about 5-7minutes away from the airport so its not super close.

In general I was happy with the hotel. The hotel is located in a very good and calm neighbourhood. The reception personnel was extremely friendly and helpful.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your hotel. Despite paying an additional R850 for an early check-in at 9:00 AM, my room was still not ready by 10:30 AM, at which point I had to leave for a doctor's appointment. While the receptionist was courteous and helpful, the delay caused by housekeeping was unacceptable and fell short of my expectations. I hope this matter can be addressed to prevent future inconveniences.

After travelling internationally for several weeks, it was so noticeable to experience and enjoy great South African hospitality at this hotel! From the moment of pickup to drop off via shuttle the next day was ten out of ten. The room was lovely and we so enjoyed having a cocktail and some delicious food! But most of all, the people who work hard to make you feel welcome at this hotel must be highlighted....they make the difference and most appreciated!

We actually tried to think if there was any one thing we could think of...but no...perfect 10....recomended and keep it up guys!

The suite i booked was of excellent quality and good value for money

unfortunately the small fridge that was previously in the suite has been removed and the fact that there is no mini-bar facility is rather annoying as you have to contact room service to get anything and then there is a surcharge every time for room delivery which I find fairly inconvenient

Super super clean facilities ,location is good ,they have a free shuttle to and from the hotel ,the rooms are clean ,the breakfast was awesome enjoyed my stay ,my humble thanks to a receptionist named NAOMI super super human being whilst the other staff member,s looked moody she was always smiling well done naomi that is how you treat guests and also the bald headed guy who served me room service for dinner awww what a guy

Some of the staff member,s looked moody and distant , was not happy with the shuttle service ,we had to wait at the airport other hotel buses even came 3 times without seeing radisson felt pity for a lady from mauritius who had waited for close to 2 hrs ,please radisson stop that to make matter,s worse i had to call them and i could not believe the response i got ,why are you at the airport this time ...Another issue was when i paid for my booking money was deducted from my account and booking dot com said my booking had not gone through ,about 10 mins late booking .com said they are processing my refund ,about an hour latter they said my stay is now confirmed ,so i contacted the hotel to clarrify

Convenient, consistent, quiet. Staff at the hotel are professional, helpful, friendly. Rooms and facilities very clean and new. Terrific breakfast and dinner buffet. Front desk is quick to resolve any issues. Shuttle service is complimentary both ways but difficult to coordinate.

The shuttle service is difficult to coordinate. We’ve stayed at the hotel more than once. Each time there’s an issue. The hotel doesn’t respond to emails sent in advance to inquire or clarify shuttle details. If you don’t have a SIM card, there’s no way to call when inevitably you can’t find the shuttle at the airport. Tip: see if someone at the front desk is willing to provide a WhatsApp # as a backup if you can’t find the shuttle when you arrive at the airport. All drivers and staff at the hotel are excellent, the hotel just needs to provide them with a better system.

The place is so amazing, so quiet and peaceful, rooms are so spacious, the entire staff is amazing, as for restaurant staff Uncle Pat is such an amazing person he served us so well, his service is totally excellent 👌. We were booked for 2 nights but decided to add another day which was totally worth it, it was so sad to live but will definitely be coming back soon. Also love that you get all facilities inside the premises, there’s hotel restaurant, another one at the room top which is level 7, Amani spa which I also highly recommend one visits it, they have such lovely space there. I can go on and on about this hotel, totally love everything about it. It’s a 10/10 💯

Very kind personell. Very good dinner and breakfast, outside tables available. Comfy bed. Pool is big enough to swim. Late check out available. Got a free dinner as a compensation for the long waiting period at the airport for the shuttle service and a late check out.

We had to wait 55 min for the shuttle bus at the airport and called the hotel three times. Ask for a twin room and got a double bed. Somebody knocked at the room door at 5 o‘clock in the morning, to bring us to the airport. We asked for a transport at 04:00 pm! Smoking section was right under our non smoking room, which is quite unpleasantwhen you want to leave the window open. Indoor seating at the restaurant is not very nice. A bit like in a canteen. Nevertheless the food is tasty with fresh fish, calamari, shrimp.
