This resort is delightful and really exceeded my expectations as its even nicer than in the pictures. My apartment was really spacious, very tastefully furnished, everything worked perfectly, including the a/c. The beds were great with quality linens and gorgeous towels. The bathroom was large and stylish with a great walk in shower. The pool was lovely and clean with an excellent bar serving very good food and drinks. Staff are very professional and attentive. Acitrezza’s seafront is 1 minute walking and features an array of mouth watering seafood restaurants.

Wi-fi was ok but could ideally be stronger

Decor is modern and new. It was very clean and although we were in the apartments they were cleaned every other day kitchen was hidden in a cupboard so kids didn’t feel like they were sleeping in the kitchen. location is amazing for walking into the town for the evening . There is beach access just across the road with pedalo and kayak hire. Staff were friendly and treated the kids so well. And nearly forgot to mention the huge pool ! We come to this area a lot as I have family here and will definitely stay here next time. Best in the area!

Expect there will be washing machines going into the laundry room in the apartments. That we needed as here for two weeks. And don’t think the sheets and towels need to be changed so much. Whilst it is lovely, it is not very eco and a touch unnecessary.

very clean with excellent facilities. the staff were very helpful & attentive, the manager was very interactive with both users of the facilities & staff which we liked & appreciated. Excellent choice available at breakfast.

reception staff on arrival could have been more informative about resort facilities and areas of local interest/ transport. Guests were allowed to drink whilst sat in the children’s pool/ jacuzzi, the potential for breakages & glass in the pool was a concern. Dogs allowed in the pool area in extreme temperatures, this is animal cruelty & a health risk.

Its our third time here as the hotel caters well for an extended family and is very clean. Apartments are modern and well thought out. Staff are professional and handle things quickly. The pool opens next month in May so that would be a nice addition to any stay.

We didn’t get the apartment we booked due to the hotel system overbooking which was disappointing as we chose the hotel for this reason but we were accommodated by being offered two smaller apartments instead. It didn’t suit us to split the family but it was okay as all the apartments are well fitted out with every modern convenience. It wasn’t exactly the same as the large 2 bed we wanted as the bathroom had no space to put a toiletry bag and the bed was a bit firm but we slept okay. Unfortunately the sofa bed was too hard so this detracted from the stay for one of our group. We prefer the 2 bed apartment as it’s more comfortable and the overall larger space is more enjoyable there.

The property is modern and like brand new. It’s very clean with comfortable beds and quality design choices even in the kitchenware. The staff were well organised and polite. We had a 2 bed apartment which suited our group perfectly as there were 2 beds plus a sofa bed. Most places only offer 1 bed and a sofa bed for 4 people. Not everyone is a couple. The apartment was soundproof and we couldn’t hear any road noise. We stayed in winter. The pool in summer would be fabulous. It’s perfect for a stay in Acitrezza or as a base. We recommend.

Its a little sterile in terms of no soft furnishings apart from bed. Otherwise it’s been well designed and thought out.

We have stayed here before and we were very comfortable. It was peaceful and relaxing. The restaurants are within walking distance. We hope to stay here in the near future.

Great clean apartments and pool area. Large apartments. Good starting point for day trips in the eastern part of Sicily

Even though there was an oven and stovetop, it's difficult to cook by oneself as basic kitchen utensils are missing

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had a great balcony overlooking the pool, which other than having to wear a headcap was fantastic. Access to the sea and the town of Acitrezza was close and easy.

The booking on booking.com said that we got a free breakfast, but for some reason it didn't translate and the staff told us we had to pay for breakfast.

There is an amazing pool, perfect size, beautiful environment. The whole resort is very nice and modern.

The personnel are very polite but totally incapable. They are basically decoration. They managed to order us a taxi from Catania, when we asked help to reach the train station 8 mins away. It cost us a fortune. The rooms next to the main road are very noisy.

Relatively new place, friendly staff, breakfast was good especially compared to the Italian standards, the apartments were spacious, clean, air condition was strong enough to defeat the Sicilian heat and could be controlled in every room separately, cosy pool, good design

Well, not too much. Perhaps it would have been easier if the keycard for the rooms had opened the gates of the garage.
