Sergio is an excellent host & very attentive, kind & generous; he wants his guests to have the best experience in Agrigento & the apartment. There is plenty of shared space between the 3 rooms so it was never crowded, everyone was friendly & respectful. Everything was provided for in the kitchen including a light breakfast & I really appreciated that I could help myself to this at whatever time of the morning. My private bathroom had towels & basic toiletries provided, my single bedroom was a good size & had a desk, radiator & aircon. The most important things were it was all spotlessly clean & the bed & pillow were super comfortable. The apartment is well located for the local bus stop, central station, old town, Viale della Vittoria for a viewpoint where you can see the temples, gelato, childrens' playground, tabbacheria & more restaurants. The bus station is about 5mins walk. When I arrived, Sergio took the time to explain to me about which local buses to catch for Valle dei Templi & San Leone beaches, sightseeing routes of the old town & show me all the brochures and maps available to the guests. He was also very helpful in finding out about the Temple Tour bus changed schedule which wasn't advertised so I could make it to Scala dei Turchi without a car. And the view of the sea from the balcony is beautiful.
Nothing. You should be aware that Agrigento has a lot of steps and to get to Via Terone you must go up and down a flight of stairs & the apartment is on the 1st floor accessed only by stairs. If you have luggage with wheels, heavy suitcase(s) you will need to carry them. There is also noise from the neighbourhood which is to be expected. I never needed ear plugs.

This is the type of accommodation where one large space is divided into several rooms, but both the common areas and the rooms are very clean. The amenities and facilities are quite complete, and there's even a simple self-serve breakfast provided. The host is very helpful and solved a lot of my problems. His English is excellent, which is relatively rare in Italy. The location is incredibly close to the train station and also very near the bus stop for the Valle dei Templi.
The shower area in the bathroom is a bit old and has a slight buildup—not dirty, but more like a natural issue caused by humidity. Overall, there's really nothing to complain about.

First of all, the room is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It also has a fully equipped private bathroom for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of food options, which makes the stay even more pleasant. But the best of all is the host, Sergio. He is a spectacular host, always attentive and willing to help with anything you need. Thanks to him, I was able to visit places that would be difficult to reach by public transportation, such as the Scala dei Turchi. I would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended!

The apartment has a very good location, just a short walk from the train station. It's simply but comfortably furnished — everything you need for a pleasant stay. The owner was extremely helpful and kind; he gave me great advice and support for all my planned trips. Highly appreciated!
A small downside is that the apartment is in an older building, and the plumbing occasionally makes strange noises — but it didn’t affect the overall comfort of my stay.

It is ideal for backpackers, as it is located just 10 minutes walk from bus and train station, very easy to find, new appartment, every guest has a private bathroom, clean and equipped with all the basic necessities. The kitchen has all gadgets and appliances you will need to cook. Coffee, tea and the usual things Italians eat for breakfast are provided so you can have breakfast any time you want. The host Sergio gave me important information and tips on how to do my trips to Scala dei Turchi and the Valley of Temples. He was so kind to let me leave my luggage after check out until I came back from my trip in the evening. Thank you for all, dear Sergio !

It is an apartment-like accommodation that located close to the city center and railway station. A young man welcomed me was very friendly and kind. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and common space are all new and clean. I could use my exclusive bathroom any time without stress. Free breads, cookies, biscuits and sweets are generously provided. In the refrigerator, free juice, milk, yogurt and fruits are supplied. Nice ocean view from the window of common place.
I cannot find any negative aspect.

I loved the fact that the host, Sergio, communicated with me from the beginning in several ways. He explained to me where to go shopping, where to park for free, and showed me on a map what to do in town. The flat consists of 3 separate bedrooms each of which has a private toilet. It is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven and all crockery and cutlery. There is plenty of space to relax and eat. It is on the first floor very near the centre. I highly recommend it.

-The host, Sergio was a top notch guy. He actually doubled up as my guide and showed me Scala dei Turchi...with a nominal fee. Dropped me at valley of Temples and picked me up after 4 hours when I was done! - The location was great. You get a full view of the Mediterranean sea from the balcony of the apartment. - Hardly 4 mins from Railway station. Very convenient to walk there. There is a flight of some 50 odd stairs going downwards from station. - The place was neat and clean. The kitchen had croissants biscuits bread fruits coffee and tea. You also get grill , refrigerator and other normal kitchen stuff. - Wifi worked uninterrupted Friendly host and a great place to stay. You will not regret this place

Comfiest bed and pillow I’ve had in a month travelling around Sicily. Own bathroom but not en-suite Check-in in person but easy with good communication and helpful host. Basic breakfast.. help yourself to bread and jam yoghurt, tea and coffee. Clean enough and location close enough to everything.
No street noise but you hear all doors, other guests talking on phone, and toilet/bathroom pump etc bring ear plugs and no problem.

Sergio was very kind and helpful for everything. He upgraded my room to a family room, very comfortable stayed. Location closes to train and bus station. Valley de Temple is very close to B&B, you are able to see parts of scenery and sea from living room and kitchen areas. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Italian style breakfast. Relaxing environment.
