Overall, the stay was incredible, but the biggest impact was the staff. We found that they were extremely friendly, helpful and made our stay much more special. Other advantages were the cleanliness, calming aesthetic, wonderful spa services (which accommodated my pregnancy), and delicious food served in the restaurant.

There is nothing much we didn't like about this hotel. Our dog had to go out quite early in the morning (4:40AM) one time, and my husband got locked out of the hotel, which we hadn't realized that there was a significant period of time in the early morning hours that staff might not be manning the front desks. Also, when going with a dog, it can be difficult to find a spot to let them relieve themselves because typically the grass areas and beach are off limits for dogs. But we eventually found spots for her to go.

The staff were friendly and kind; the breakfast was plentiful and varied; the location was fantastic: right in the middle of Alassio, close to the train station, and within a minute's walk from the private beach (which is owned by sister hotel Savoia). While the beach cost 20 euros per day for with sun lounger, parasol and towel included, this was not a surprise to me and the cost was simply added to the bill so it was very straightforward and meant that you didn't need to worry about taking money to the beach. My room was lovely with efficient air conditioning and a balcony. The bathroom was small but relatively new and everything worked.

It may have been nice to have been asked about whether I needed any advice about what to do during my stay but I am used to staying in hostels where this is more common practice...and this was a hotel not Tourist Information! Everything else was great.

Super friendly staff that let you try your Italian and don't automatically speak English. That is so appreciated. Same with the breakfast, they have attentive staff that aren't in your face and the rooms were great.

WiFi in their winter annexe was poor and inconsistent. They cleaned my room with a do not disturb sign on. That was no issue for me as I just didn't need it cleaned but it could have been.

What I really liked about tge hotel was the style of the room. Very nice but nit too fancy and most importantly the hygiene. We had a very clean room, you felt so comfortable the first tine you stepped in the bedroom. I can totally recommend it! And the best was the hotel service. We were able to check out later without any extra fees or charges.

Nothing. Everything was perfect! The only problem was the bathroom we had. It was quite small.

we walked in and we’re greeted warmly. nice after a long drive to be greeted with smiles. the rooms were large and cozy. good lighting and outlets by the bed for charging phones. breakfast buffet was large had something for everyone.

the shower was a bathtub that had a shower head that could be lowered or raised. the only real problem was that you could only raise it to your shoulders. if you want to wash your hair you have to hold the shower head in your hand

Very well located close to the beach and public life - the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff very helpful. The hotel will be a treasured find for future visits to Alassio

Nothing would put me off this hotel, Covid has created some problems, but nothing that affected the quality of our stay. The only downside was picking up a parking ticket outside the hotel while I unloaded my bags - the reserved parking zone was occupied, so had to use the one next to it and in the time it took to check in, unload my bags and come back to take the car to the hotel remote parking, I had been given a ticket…

Great location just off the beach and the town center, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. Professionally run hotel with sufficient and friendly staff. We had a small but good room with a private terrace, great shower / bathroom. Private parking available, but in a tiny and stressful garage box, requiring advanced driving skills! So, once parked, leave your car there during your stay and take the train, which in itself is a nice experience!

Nothing really. Beach hotels are always rather expensive for what they actually offer and this hotel is no exception. So - as always - value for money is an issue. But on balance we considered Hotel Dei Fiori a very good place to stay! By the way: avoid Alassio during the weekends, as the town then is really overcrowded. If you do happen to end up here on a Saturday night, make sure to book a table in advance because it otherwise is near to impossible to find a decent place to eat.

Nice place (not the first stay there) and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is usually nice and we'll probably come back despite the underlined disappointment.

The lady who works at the breakfast service (behind the glass) is quite rude and unsympathetic when you are not an Italian speaker, she doesn't even look at you when she asks what you would like to have. This made us angry and disappointed. The aircon system in the room was noisy and needs some maintenance IMO.

The property was clean and located conveniently next to the beach with it’s own selection of reserved front row beach umbrellas.

The staff was very kind and helpful, especially with my children.
