The room was beautiful - a great size, with a lovely patio with table and chairs and two sun loungers with a sea view. Very good bathroom, and everything super clean. The location is great, right in the centre of Amalfi and within walking distance to all the main restaurants and bars and of course the coast. Perhaps the best thing though was the staff - fantastic service, super friendly and helpful and great communication on how/where to park and access the B&B. Suzy and Noemie were both wonderful. We left our jackets in the wardrobe when we checked out and they contacted us immediately and came down to the seafront to bring them to us - so kind! They also gave us great tips on walks to do and how to spend our time. Highly recommend this place!!

Nothing at all!

This hotel was in the perfect location, close to everything inclusive off the port/ bus station and all restaurant’s/shops/bars and generally everything. It was so beautiful, my friend and I were literally speechless when we entered the room and saw the views from the balcony. Both of the ladies were so attentive and kind and so helpful, offering us a map and numbers and recommendations for old Amalfi. If you’re going back to the airport, book the shuttle bus. They are so happy to help you organise this and send you the link too prior to your visit. Only €20 and a small bus so comfortable. I will definitely be coming back, thank you for the most hospitable time and making it a holiday we will never forget.

There was nothing bad about this property

Loved my stay here. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They communicated really well ahead of time, including making sure I knew there was a free porter service to bring my luggage up. They printed off bus schedules for me too. When I left, the porters didn't come on time and so one of the young women at the front desk carried my suitcase down for me. They also provided me with breakfast even though I had not selected that option. The room was clean and comfortable, with lots of pillows and good light. But truly, the staff is what puts it over the top. (Also very helpful to have a sink with a plug so that I could wash out some clothes.)

The staff were so lovely and provided us with advice on which beaches to go to, which shopping precincts to visit, etc. The beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Their effort to make you feel comfortable didn’t go unnoticed.

There are about 60 steps to climb in order to reach the front desk. If you are physically impaired this may be an issue for you. Otherwise there are porters which help brings your bags up to the front door. We had to organise this through the ladies at reception. However, depending on which room you get, the view is worth it.

The stay in Amalfi was fantastic. Residenza Pansa was truly a 10 out of 10; everything worked perfectly. They helped us with directions even before our arrival, advising us on which train and bus to take, along with their schedules to reach the hotel. The view is fantastic, with a very beautiful terrace. If I have to highlight something, it's their people. Susy was of great help during our stay, not only recommending restaurants but also places for breakfast. That was a top-notch aspect of the place. Thank you, and we will highly recommend it.

The location was absolutely perfect and just a short walk to the main square, bus terminal and the port. The room felt spacious and we loved the generous terrace. Both receptionists were incredibly helpful, warm and friendly. One of them went to a great deal of effort to help us find a car service and called around on our behalf.

Our room was right off Reception and the front door to the property, so if you are a light sleeper it’s best to request a room further from reception.

Close to the city center and busbstation. Also provided a free service to take the bags up the stairs. Rooms are clean and we're cleaned everyday is if required. Communication was very good as well. Ni r complimentary gesture. The receptionist was extremely helpful and gave us all the tips and tricks around the island.

Rooms are so close to each other you could here the neighbors. But I guess this is how most apartments are in Amalfi.. Not much privacy.. Ac working nicely. Shower is a bit small.

Susy the receptionist was amazing and so helpful. The location was excellent in the heart of Amalfi with a wonderful view from the balcony. We had a lovely time exploring.

The room was quite small and there was a hornet’s nest near our balcony so we couldn’t spend as much time there as we enjoyed. The property is quite tired and could do with some modernisation, but the price is very good for the location and it was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it.

The location of this property was perfect just a few minutes from the main square with 3/4 restaurants on the door stop with superb food. We arrived in the early hours and we’re unable to get in contact with the owners when we landed to let them know we were on our way however with a quick call at 2am when we arrived the owner came to let us in. He gave us a friendly welcome and showed us in. The breakfast we paid for was a short walk to the main square where the staff were very accommodating and kind. I would recommend this option as food on the coast can get quite expensive. The breakfast included a few options such as bacon, eggs and toast and pastries, coffees and juices. To get to the property you have to climb two flights of stairs so worth noting but this wasn’t a problem for us. I would recommend this hotel 100% there was a spacious balcony with a small view of the sea. Coffee and tea provided which was a bonus.

Brilliant location, so close to the bus and ferry and the main square. The bistro where breakfast is served and 10% discount rest of time is in prime location with outdoor seating at the foot of the duomo steps. We ate lunch and dinner here at points during our stay and it was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious and clean, bottled water provided. We really enjoyed our stay.

Booked a year in advance and requested the room with frontal seaview however our room mainly faced a wall with a sea view to the side. It rained most of the time we were there so this didn't end up being an issue but was frustrating when we requested this so far in advance.
