Great location, and Alessandro was so helpful with making sure we got there alright, transfers, info etc! Breakfast to the room is a nice touch and it was delish!

I can't say enough about Andrea!!! He was absolutely an incredible host. From my booking to my departure he was 100% hands on. Communication via "what's app", arranging tours, walking directions, restaurants etc.

The only issue, in my opinion only--- is the stairs to get to your room. I was fully aware when booking so NO fault to hotel. It's just a lot of stairs.

Vista D' Amalfi was a lovely place to stay for our one night in Amalfi and we are very glad that we upgraded to a room with a balcony because that gave a lovely place to have breakfast, as the hotel does not have (I believe) a breakfast room as such. Worth every euro! The staff was super friendly and helpful, including pointing us to a lovely restaurant "Lo Smeraldino", away from the waaaaay to many tourists which crowded Amalfi even in mid-October. We were departing in the early am and they kindly brought us breakfast to our room @ 15 mins earlier than their regular schedule so that we could have breakfast before getting on the ferry. My only caveat is: DO NOT use Google Maps to get to the property, but get directions from them, as in reality is literally a 5 mins walk, from the harbor. They had mentioned that to me but I kind of spaced it out, so followed Google Maps and it took us this ridiculous way with a gazillion of steps and a long winding road to get to the property!!! The only up side to that trek was that I feel totally vindicated to have several lovely pastries at the wonderful pasticceria (bakery) Savoia, nearby. Great location, accommodating hosts, and best croissants we have had in Italy.

Our balcony was extremely small but the other rooms appear to have much larger balconies - so make sure you understand what you are getting before you book (see photos of our small balcony and photos of adjacent balconies for comparison). Regardless, the views are amazing! There are several flights of stairs to arrive at the hotel, but this is Amalfi so expect to get a little exercise.

Great location and the staff was awesome. Alessandro (front desk) was extremely friendly and helpful. He even helped carry our luggage up the steps. He made recommendations for dinner and even helped with our car service. We will remember him! The breakfast was served in our room and was delicious with several options. The views were great and the hotel is very convenient to the docks, busses and the city yet quiet enough to sleep. I read negative reviews on another site but there is no way any of that is true. We would definitely stay here again!

It's a little difficult to find but I used Google maps and new exactly where to go.

What a place to stay! The room was huge with a fantastic balcony and view over Amalfi. Breakfast is served in your room every morning and so you have the chance to enjoy breakfast on your balcony overlooking Amalfi every morning, what a way to start the day! It is so close to the centre of town, so at the end of the day when the crowds clear it's perfect! I also can't recommend dinner at Terraza Duomo enough which was a brilliant recommendation from the host. We went twice because it was so good!

Highly recommend you book a room with a balcony and view of the sea. The view was amazing. The continental breakfast had a good selection and was brought to our room daily. The staff arranged a private car to get us to/from the hotel. The place was within walking distance of everything in the town with the buses and ferries nearby. House keepers were awesome.

While the room was a little on the smaller side the balcony and view gave it a larger feel. The one negative was the size of the shower. If you are a big guy it could be a problem.

The view was incredible. We had room number 8.!nice balcony. Very clean. Andrea on reception was extremely helpful. The breakfast is brought to the room and you can choose from a wide range of options. They offer parking in Amalfi at 30 euro per day. That is expensive but remember that parking along the Amalfi coast is almost impossible.

Nothing. Only a couple of things to keep in mind. The Amalfi coast is full of steps. There are stairways everywhere including inside this property. You will have to carry your stuff up 3 flights of stairs. But it’s worth it. It’s also a bit tricky to find.

The concierge Alessandro was amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable! The room was clean and all the rest of the staff were great! Breakfast was great too and also included in the price of the room. And the views!! Amazing!

Location was a little difficult to get to for the taxi but that’s a little unavoidable because of the nature of the road beside the property. And the bed was a little firm, I liked it but some people may not.

The view from the balcony (to which we were upgraded for free) was incredible during sunsets. The host very friendly and helpful and provided us with what we needed. The room was super clean and the breakfast delivered on the balcony, so we had great mornings as well. Overall we enjoyed it very much and would gladly come back again.
