Early check out was not convenient because we stayed one night at your property after long journey from Switzerland for stop over on our way to Rotonda and reached around 5.30 in the evening for check-in, but next day check out was 10 am, it was very stressful to wake up early ,, couldn't rest as we expected,, because to have Early breakfast and ready for check out by 10am? Please consider regarding this @least 11am check out would be greatful 🙏 thanks highly appreciated,,best regards

Superb staff with efficient checkin. Very helpful and patient with explaining on where/what to see. We stayed in single rooms in the back of the building to avoid the road noise. Room is clean, breakfast is so-so. For an overnight stay to travel further from station or car-rental pickup at the station, this would be a good hotel to stay. Direct busses going to the centre and takes about 5-10min

The station neighbourhood is not so nice to walk around, especially in the evening. I thought it would be ok like on other improved Italian cities but unfortunately not in Ancona

The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. They advised me on transportation options and parking and saved me lots of time in doing so. The breakfast was quite good; plenty of options. The location right across from the central station was perfect for me since I was traveling by train in Italy. Some reviewers say the area is bad, but, while it's not ShangriLa, I wasn't uncomfortable walking around.

A little map of the legitimate parking areas near the hotel would have been nice. I got a bit confusing as ti where to park

Our ferry from Greece arrived 5 hours late which meant we missed the last train to Venice. We booked into the Hotel Della Rosa at the last minute as it is right opposite the train station so that we could catch the 6am train. It was very good value so we were not expecting much - just a bed for the night - but the staff were very welcoming, the bed was comfortable, the a/c was great. All-in-all, very much exceeded expectations.

Nothing. It was perfect for our needs. The price actually included breakfast but as we had to leave early we were not able to try this. Even with this included it was still very good value

Decent accomodation for 1 night as I needed to be close to the train station. Most of the staff were lovely. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. There is a supermarket near by and also a really good restaurant that does amazing pizza at the end of the street. Great for a short stay!

Location was conveniently near the station however not the best area to stay in for a female solo traveller at night. It’s a decent 25-30min walk to main square so keep that in mind. The lady who checked me in was fairly rude and cold however other staff were all lovely, so I feel I need to mention that. The breakfast was not great, this could have been my fault as I went down 20 minutes before it ended. The coffee was probably the worst coffee I had on my whole trip, it tasted like dirty water.

This was my 3rd stay here and, so, evidently I am happy to return. If you are travelling, this hotel is in an excellent location; buses into the centre can be caught from outside the station. The hotel staff are warm and friendly; the hotel is immaculately clean. Abundant and quick hot water in the shower. Bed comfortable (I have stayed each time in a single room). Breakfast generous. Will be happy to come back. Thank you.

I could not get the air-conditioning to work - no matter what I did - and, as I had travelled 8 hours from Switzerland on the train, I was too tired to go back downstairs to ask for help. Maybe instructions in the room would be helpful.

Exceeded my expectations. Hotel recently renovated so everything was new clean stylish. Comfortable bed and although it's across from the train station which is what I wanted since I did not have a car, the soundproof windows really kept noise out. The breakfast was phenomenal with so many options. Most importantly the front desk staff were amazing! Helped me with figuring out which bus to take and where to buy the ticket, kind , gracious, just overall excellent service. Would stay again

I enjoyed a lovely four-night stay at the Hotel Della Rosa. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and they helped to provide an adapter as my charger did not fit their sockets. The breakfast provided was excellent: pastries, cereal, fruit, eggs, and bacon, with plenty of refreshment options. The hotel is clean, and although opposite the train station and on a busy road, I didn't hear anything disturbing me when I was in the room. The hotel is in an excellent location for the station, literally across the street. The main centre is about a 25-minute walk, or several bus options take about 10/15 minutes. I took buses to make side trips to Passetto town/beach and Portonovo beach, which I would recommend if you had time. Overall a perfect stay, and I would recommend and stay again.

Very convenient for travelling as opposite the train station, reception staff very welcoming & helpful (in perfect English), room spotless, bed comfortable and good quality bedding & towels. Plenty of choice at breakfast.

Because of the location understandably a bit noisy and not the nicest area.

It’s a good hotel just in front of the train station and 20 minutes walk from the port. So it’s an excellent solution if you have a transfer and need to stay overnight in Ancona. The room and facilities are the typical of a three star hotel.

They are charging 10 euro per day for a pet. Also the hotel rules require a pet to stay in your room only in your presence which is a bit difficult in case of a cat.
