The location is nice, and it is nicer when the room is with a view on the lake. Bus stop C10 is directly in front of the hotel. Clean, kind staff. The hotel has restaurant and the food is super nice. I recommend to go visit an amazing village called Bellagio, about 40 minutes from the hotel, using bus and ferry

The location is good restaurant was very good our room is tight for our luggages considering we are 3 we don’t know where to put it when we open

tight for 3 persons with the 3 luggages the main en charge of the breakfast/ in charge during the day is not accommodating what happened was i asked nicely on how to work out the toaster ( a bit different from what we have ) she told me how but looks not happy and with an Italian language she was uttering something to her self in the side one morning our child missed the breakfast coz he is not feeling well i asked for a toast and i just pay it she’ve done it but again uttering something in her language to herself find it. not professional other than that the rest of the staff was very very good very accommodating and friendly

The room was nice and comfortable and the view of the lake was just stunning! The location of the hotel is great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel's restaurant is excellent as well.

Although we only stayed for one night at this hotel, we noticed the total availability of the staff to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We received tourist assistance (information regarding the ferry departure schedule, suggestions for places to visit nearby, cheaper ways to get bus tickets and more). The rooms are not very large, but they are well equipped with everything necessary, the bathrooms include a bidet and most importantly… the cleanliness is impeccable. Last but not least, I would like to congratulate the hotel restaurant team for both the taste of the food, the presentation of the plate, and the service. The included breakfast was very good, with quality products, not at all budget class as we usually find at other non-premium locations. We will definitely come back!

A great price Loved how friendly and helpful the staff were Loved the location of the Hotel a two minute walk from the bus stop and then a minute walk to the ferry port. My room was always clean and the lovely cleaner even sorted some of my things out for me that I had left in a mess by an accident when I was in a rush. Staff always tried to accommodate any food/ drink choices. Breakfast was okay. The staff carried my case for me up the steep steps The restaurant serves food till 10pm during the summer it was really great. The room had a safe which was really handy. The shower was a good power and temperature. Great wardrobe space.

The breakfast options were the same every day nothing changed. There was only 2 hot food items eggs and bacon which I wish they varied them up. My room was very close to the bar next door so I struggled to sleep most nights due to the loud noise. The toilet was a little squishy not much room in the bathroom. However I stayed in a single room so I am assuming if you get a double room it might be different. Could have maybe been given a list of things to do. It was a local town so a top recommendations would have been good just a small leaflet maybe ?

The Hotel is very nice. Even though it is a small, the rooms are very good, the bathrooms are very good as well. The hotel view is exceptional and the best part is the starff. All the employees are very helpful and the food from the hotel restaurant is amazing, i would definitely go back.

The only downturn, if any, is the fact that the hotel doenst have a parking lot of its own, but they will sell you a permit for overnight period at two large parkinglots very close to the hotel. I was travelling during an extend holiday in Italy and even so i found a parking space every day, even a day I got back late in the night.

Great location in the heart of the town and the ferry port literally opposite. The room was lovely and clean and the shower was great so no complaints. Breakfast was simple and the choice was limited but tasty nevertheless.

All the views of the lake is stunning from the bedroom window, this does come at a cost being directly next door to a main road which is busy all day long, so if you are looking for quiet and calm you would need to keep the door shut. Although most staff were lovely and accommodating we noticed the couple of times we ate in the restaurant at night that the staff and a couple in particular did not seem to want to be there. Very little eye contact and not what I would expect especially being a paying guest. We then chose albeit with limited choice to go elsewhere and found the whole experience so much better and we felt appreciated.

Greeting by a charming gentleman who advised us about the parking. Hotel is right on the main road and a great stop off for a flight the next day from Milan. Lots of restaurants etc nearby. Another kind gentleman also carried my luggage up to my room as there is no lift.

In this cashless age we now live in, the lady who demanded payment in cash for the city tax was quite hostile, especially when I tried to get cash from the ATM across the road but it did not work, (not through lack of funds) so I had to pay by card and even offered to pay the card machine charge in addition. She was less than pleasant!!!!

The setting is perfect on the shore of lake Como and my balcony room looked out over the lake. There are a number of bars and restaurants nearby. Bar Motta was excellent for a pre-dinner cocktail and is right next to the hotel. It is easy to take a bus along the shore to towns nearby if you want to explore the area. We had a wonderful stay and the restaurant in the Hotel is fantastic. They have about 80 different types of pizza and a good fish menu.

This hotel was great value - similar hotels around Lake Como are similarly priced or much more expensive, and the view is fantastic, We loved the 'balcony' in our room - it's more of a railing overlooking the lake but it's still spectacular. The room was clean and spacious and had good air con, as it was very hot. The location is also great as Argegno has a few great restaurants and cafes, plus the hotel is opposite the ferry terminal so you can get around easily.

Everything was great, the only thing that could be improved was the noise. As other comments mentioned, this is on the main road by the ferry stop so there was a lot of noise from motorbikes, cars and the bar downstairs, especially since the Euros were showing. Our TV didn't work but this wasn't an issue as we watched the football downstairs. Also not the hotel's fault, but parking was fairly stressful - we were able to park for a reasonable price over by the marina, but note that there's a market here on certain days are you aren't allowed to park there - can be an issue if you park further away and need to lug your luggage over the the hotel etc.
