Great spa and relaxation area with superb therapists and very courteous employees Room was good with reliable HK services Good bar service and entertainment. Drinks very well prepared!

We had a very pleasant stay. If I may I would suggest to rotate some dishes for Breakfast and not having always the same items. There is many kind of cheese, cold cuts fruit, and eggs style that can be served. Coffee quality needs a big improvement!!!!

The hotel is renewed and very clean,panorama is fantastic,the staff was lovely!We had a weekend with our 2 years old boy and we had such a good time at hotel. Room updated as junior suit by the reception so we appreciated it so much then we had the possibility to use outside pool as well..all the staff is so kind,helpful..reception,restaurant,spa,house keeping they are always smiling.. Thank you for all!

Wonderful location, very well manteined spa and very friendly people working there. The breakfast is really good and the room was also nice. Walking distance from Asiago town. Absolutely recommended it.

The spa is open only from 2.30 PM which is annoying if the weather is bad because that means that you need to spend the day inside and you cannot make use of the sauna, pool etc. The cost of the spa is not included and this means that you need to pay 30 euro per day. Although you can use the outside swimming pool for free but only in the morning. For the rest no complaints!

The staff was not friendly to our dog. I mentioned we have a dog when I made the reservation, but the front desk saying they won't tracking the dog, and dog needs extra charge when we check in.

The location and the view from the room was incredible. The room was perfectly clean and the hotel is decorated well. We paid extra for the dog but finding the bowl and the food was a nice touch. Staff was also amazing.

The bed was too hard for me ( but perfect for my husband). Lack of coffee machine / kettle in the room. No info in the room about hotel services. Spa is a paid extra.
